The wiretapping continues.
Kaido's response to Big Mom was quite simple.
"What does this have to do with me!"
"Well, well, well... you owe me a huge favor, Kaido."
"That's all in the past."
"No, it's a debt of gratitude that will last a lifetime."
"Hmph! I have a grudge against that Straw Hat guy. If you come, I'll kill you too, Linlin!"
"I'm not here to discuss this with you, just to let you know. Oh well, great! I'll take Straw Hat Boy's head... Let's go, all happy and relaxed, like before!"
The Den Den Mushi's eavesdropping ends here.
Big Mom is going to find Kaido...
Garp took a big bite of meat and laughed heartily, "That's really big news, pfft hahaha!!"
"Hey, Garp-chan, Kaido and Big Mom have their eyes on your grandson, and you're still laughing?" Gion asked.
"Pfft, hahaha, that's really funny!" Garp almost choked on his drink.
"This is no laughing matter, really," Gion said helplessly. "Is it really okay to let two Yonko have contact with him like this?"
"What's good or bad about it..."
Garp laughed and said, "It's the World Conference right now, and we're royal guards, so we can't leave."
"really."
Kakei laughed and said, "During the World Conference, our navy's overseas forces are very weak. Big Mom probably saw this, which is why she mobilized."
Gion nodded. "That's true..."
"What did President Saka say?" Kaji asked.
A naval officer standing nearby said, "Fleet Admiral Sakazuki said that Wano Country is neither a member state nor under our jurisdiction."
"Pfft, hahaha, right? It seems like ignoring it is the best course of action now," Garp laughed.
Tina looked at him, picked up the cigarette from her mouth, exhaled a puff of smoke, and said, "But... Garp, if Big Mom and Kaido take action, we can't just let it go, right? Those two are the reason you're called a 'Marine Hero'."
Kuro was taken aback by these words and looked at Tina. "You know her, Tina."
“Rocks…” Garp grinned, uttering a word that silenced the surrounding crowd.
Kakei and Gion both looked surprised and fell silent.
"Tina, you're so young, yet you know quite a lot." Garp smiled, looking at Kuro. "You know too?"
I know a little about it.
Kuro said, "The ruler before Roger gathered a group of dangerous pirates who wanted to dominate the world."
Karp said, "Yes, but that was forty years ago."
“But now, time has passed, and their power has increased.” Tina took a puff of her cigarette and said, “If Big Mom and Kaido were together now, they could recreate the scene from the Rocks era.”
"them?"
Kuro chuckled dismissively: "It's not that I'm belittling them, but these two are a bit lacking. In comparison, I think Teach has the potential to recreate the glory of Rocks."
"Blackbeard...?"
Garp took a bite of meat and said, "He's still a long way off. Shanks will be watching him, and Big Mom and Kaido won't allow it either. Hahaha, just like my grandson, being called the 'Fifth Emperor' is still a long way off!"
Kuro leaned back and exhaled a puff of smoke. "Your family is all the same. You don't feel right unless you cause some trouble. Let him cause trouble and see what he can do. In that place, you can't control everything."
"Hahaha, I'm just an old soldier, what can I care about?" Garp laughed loudly.
Kuro shrugged. "You'd better do as you say. The ocean is already in trouble, so don't make things worse."
...
While Kuro and his group were in Red Harbor, a ship slowly approached on the sea in front of G-3 base.
Inside the ship's cabin, in the pitch-black shadows, a figure with an afro was biting a cigar, smoke swirling above him. "This is it, the base of the man you can't forget."
Beside him, an exceptionally burly figure appeared, toying with two pebbles in his enormous hands.
"Is he here?" The voice came out, very calm, yet with a hint of violence.
"I don't know?"
The figure with the afro chuckled: "But that doesn't matter. He'll show up if you want to. It's World Conference time now, so feel free to cause trouble."
The burly figure nodded, stepped out of the cabin, and appeared on the deck.
Under the sunlight, his body was revealed. He was a burly man in a black military uniform with long, wavy blond hair. He was wearing headphones and his huge hand held out a newspaper.
The newspaper featured a picture of Kuro killing Redfield.
He looked toward G-3 base and spoke in a hoarse, slow voice.
"Lucil Kuro..."
He crumpled the newspaper into a ball and launched it off the deck with a 'thud,' like a black cannonball or a black meteor, crashing directly into a corner of the base ahead with an unstoppable explosive force.
Bang!!!
With a deafening roar, the base was completely destroyed...
...
"Bolo bolo bolo!"
In Red Harbor, at the restaurant, the piercing sound of a Den Den Mushi startled Kuro, who was eating.
He frowned. "Who is it? It's so noisy."
Turning around, I saw that Chloe had just answered the phone.
