The warships were densely packed, almost surrounding half of the island. Behind the warships docked in the port, there were many more that were not docked.
Kuro didn't issue a summons this time. After the Barrett incident, Kuro's temporary authority to coordinate the entire navy had been taken back. However, he hadn't given any orders beforehand; he had only invited people out of personal favors, being very polite.
This time, it's even more direct.
In short—are you coming to avenge Zefa?
Basically, all the navy forces from the New World and the first half of the region near Mary Geoise, except those that were too far away, came over.
Some came without hesitation, postponing their tasks, while others took leave and came as if it were a vacation.
This includes four veteran lieutenant generals: Onigumo, Dalmesia, Storoberry, and Flying Squirrel.
But not all of them came; the Navy is currently dealing with the chaos at sea caused by pirates taking advantage of the World Conference.
Kuro also had a solution: he had to ensure that all these 'traditional navy' forces could see it.
A large number of naval personnel came down from the port and surrounded the port area.
Kuro, with Shusui at his waist and a cigar in his mouth, walked down the steps extending from the warship. Behind him, a large number of people wearing cloaks gradually gathered.
There were lieutenant generals, major generals, and colonels, but the lowest rank was colonel.
"Such a big commotion..." Miss Bakkin laughed as she watched the approaching navy officers. "Yo ho ho ho! Vice Admiral Kinni, are you here to see us?"
It was only then that Kuro noticed that next to Weevil's tall figure was a short old woman wearing a leopard-print cloak.
"I heard that old man with Whitebeard is a leopard print fetishist..."
Kuro exhaled a puff of smoke before replying, "I've come to see you."
"Oh? Is it about the Seven Warlords of the Sea?" Miss Bakkin asked confidently.
“Yes, it’s about the Seven Warlords of the Sea.” Kuro nodded.
“Then I agree.” Miss Bakkin agreed without waiting for Kuro to state his conditions.
She agreed to the tariffs on a major commercial route without any difficulty.
"Um...it seems you understand. That's good."
Kuro paused for a moment, then nodded and waved his hand behind him. A row of Marines behind him took out several large Den Den Mushi and set them up on stands in all directions. The Den Den Mushi's eyes widened as they looked in Weevil's direction.
"What are you doing?" Miss Bakkin asked, frowning.
"Oh, live Den Den Mushi. Many of my colleagues couldn't come because of a mission, but they still wanted first-hand information, so I just decided to do a live broadcast."
Kuro smiled and said, "Since you've agreed, I don't need to make excuses anymore. Miss Bakkin, and your so-called son, Edward Weevil, you've been stripped of your Shichibukai titles. Now, you're just pirates."
"Hey! I've never heard of such a thing!"
Miss Bakkin exclaimed in surprise, "The title of Shichibukai can be stripped away so easily! We were invited by the World Government!"
"Yes, but the power is in my hands now. Do you have any objections to the decisions I make?"
Kuro looked at Miss Bakkin and asked, "Shall we surrender?"
Miss Bakkin's face darkened. "So, does that mean we're not allies? Then... Weevil."
Thump!
Behind her, the enormous figure suddenly shuddered, gripping the great naginata tightly, causing the earth to tremble and rumble.
Its imposing presence caused many sailors to swallow hard and break out in a sweat.
It's not domineering, but simply the ferocity brought about by a sense of power.
Its power caused the flying squirrel beside Kuro to slightly open its eyes, "A very ferocious power."
Just now, that was merely a stomp of the foot...
"Otherwise, he wouldn't have become a Shichibukai all by himself. He must have some strength. This power is huge... no less than Barrett's."
Kuro commented for a moment, then said, "It's good that you don't surrender. I was afraid you would surrender. Well then, according to the rules, if a pirate resists arrest, we can take action."
“Weebull, kill them!” Miss Bakkin shouted.
"Yes, Mom!!"
Weevil's body trembled as if he were shaking. It wasn't out of fear, but rather the gathering of his own power that caused his body to tremble involuntarily.
Roar!!!
Running like a tiger's roar, Weevil leaped over Miss Bakkin, swung his naginata into a whirlwind, and crashed down heavily.
"Let me test its quality first."
Onigumo took a step forward, his hair flying as it transformed into six swords. He drew two blades with both hands, and all six swords exuded an aura of power, rushing directly towards Weevil who was jumping in the air.
The eight sharp blades flashed past Weevil's chest in a flash, like a phantom of an eight-horned bull's head.
"Ghost Story: Spider's Fall!"
Pfft!
A mouthful of blood spurted from Weevil's chest, but as the blood gushed out, a blur of motion fell downwards, crashing heavily to the ground and kicking up a cloud of dust.
"It hurts! It hurts so much, Mom!"
Weevil landed on the ground, crying out, but his grip on the naginata tightened even more. He was clearly in pain, but his face looked even more ferocious.
call!
The dust on the ground was blown away by the strong wind, and Onigumo stood up from it, carrying a sword with a gloomy face.
“It’s very powerful!” he said.
"Is it going to be another tough battle?"
The flying squirrel glanced back, its eyes filled with worry.
At this point, he cannot say that the weak should retreat.
