"You're tired? Okay, let's go rest then." Kuro nodded.
"Then I will lead the way for you."
Shiva bowed to them and then led the way, taking Kuro and the others to the commercial street, where there were places to stay.
"Well then, have a pleasant journey today. If the naval officers wish to continue sightseeing tomorrow, I, Shiva, will be waiting at the entrance."
After leading the people to the hotel, Shiva bowed to them and spoke with a smile.
"Thank you for your hard work today," Kuro said to him.
“It is my duty to serve my guests, regardless of their status,” Shiva said with a smile. “Then, please allow me to take my leave.”
Shiva spoke, then silently withdrew.
Kuro watched his figure disappear, then entered the hotel with a somewhat satisfied smile. He booked three rooms, but as soon as he entered his room, his expression darkened.
Before long, Lida and Chloe walked in as if on cue.
"What's going on?"
Kuro smoked his cigar, looking around the room. The room had no windows, only ventilation, so it seemed there was no way to see the street outside.
"The navy personnel still have the willpower to obey orders; they're currently guarding the gate, but..."
Kro adjusted his glasses. "I don't know what happened after that. They were still talking about Morgati and Prince Amusement."
Lida sat casually on the sofa, eating potato chips. "He's obviously infected. Honestly, I thought it was some kind of nice place, but he's just an idiot who misused his abilities."
Kuro exhaled a puff of smoke and slowly said, "Using your abilities to forcibly change someone's will is a crime."
Ability person.
Kuro noticed something amiss when the pirates on stage suddenly started laughing as if their expressions had changed.
He himself felt a sense of drowsiness and an urge to stay in that place.
He wasn't infected, nor were Lida and Crow; it was his subordinates who were all infected.
"Especially daring to attack the navy, tsk..."
And then I think back to that little girl who was always so negative...
