Auf grabbed the Marine by the collar, almost in despair, and asked, "Where are those pirates?! Where did they go?!"
"I don't know, calm down."
The Marine struggled free from Ouf's grasp, walked to the side, and picked up a flag. "It's the [Demon Blade] Pirates. Their modus operandi is to leave their flags behind after slaughtering a town."
"I'm going to chase after them!" Ouf said, his eyes bloodshot.
"But we don't know where they are."
The navy hesitated for a moment, then said, "Our branch only operates within its own jurisdiction; I can't do anything about other places. Besides, they are very strong and have already destroyed several warships."
"Give up, those people have already run away, and you can't beat them anyway."
"You're the Navy!" Orf roared at them. "The Navy of Justice!"
“But we’re just ordinary people too.” The navy officer spread his hands. “If we encounter them, we’ll call for backup. Or you could join the navy. The navy is so big, you’ll meet them someday.”
Auf stared at the navy officer in disbelief. "Is this something you can say?"
