"Are you back?"
When the knocking sounded, Jiang Yuan immediately went to open the door, but it wasn't Ning Yanlan who stood there.
"Brother Jiang Yuan, I've come to bring Peppa George back to you!" Xiao Xin struggled to hug Peppa George.
"So fast! Did you have fun playing with them?" Jiang Yuan asked with a smile.
"I'm so happy! But I have to go to sleep now, so I can't play with them for a while!" Xiao Xin looked at the two little ones with reluctance.
"How about you sleep with Sister Yanlan tonight?" Jiang Yuan said, but in his heart he was praying that she wouldn't agree.
Xiao Xin shook her head and said, "Mom said I shouldn't disturb my older brother and sister tonight, so I'm going back to my room to sleep!"
"What are you talking about?"
Suddenly, a figure jumped out; it was Ning Yanlan.
"No, no, Xiao Xin just brought Peppa and George back!" Jiang Yuan took Peppa and George and immediately explained. If he told Ning Yanlan the truth, Xiao Xin might come to his bed again.
"Brother and sister, Xiaoxin is going back to sleep now!" Xiaoxin greeted them politely and then immediately went downstairs.
"Hmm, so good!"
Watching Xiao Xin go downstairs, Ning Yanlan turned to look at Jiang Yuan and said weakly, "Why are you looking at me like that?"
"I'm waiting for the reward!" Jiang Yuan said calmly.
Ning Yanlan gave a coquettish laugh, then chuckled, "Wait for me a moment, I'll give you a surprise later!"
"Don't be surprised, being happy is enough!" Jiang Yuan was afraid of Ning Yanlan's quirky and mischievous nature. Wouldn't it be better for everyone to just have a normal, heartfelt conversation?
"Wait for me!"
After Ning Yanlan finished speaking, she went into the bathroom.
