Jiang Yuan hadn't yet adjusted to the environment, but the tardigrade had already started squealing excitedly before him.
"Where is this?" Jiang Yuan opened his eyes, but all he could see were bronze-cast walls. He couldn't see any minerals or other materials related to the divine veins. He wondered if he had entered the wrong place.
"Kid, from now on, stick with me, and I guarantee you'll live the high life!"
After entering this place, the tardigrade showed no remorse as a prisoner. In the cycle of reincarnation, it even patted its chest and said it wanted to take Jiang Yuan as its underling.
"Heh, is that so?" Jiang Yuan glanced at him coldly, then activated the Samsara Space to begin contracting, causing the water bear to grimace in pain.
"Hey, where's my energy? Why isn't it back in place yet!" The tardigrade was in so much pain that it was grimacing, but it was still fearless because once it came here, it was its domain, since its physical body was here.

Jiang Yuan planned to exterminate the tardigrades. Their origins were too mysterious, and keeping them around might become a menace.
The cycle of reincarnation was shrinking, and at that moment the tardigrade finally realized something was wrong. It looked at a corner and said angrily, "Impossible! I can't die! I'm immortal! How dare these guys!"
Jiang Yuan noticed that the tardigrade's gaze was fixed on the center of the huge palace, so he looked in that direction, only to find a blood-red coffin in his eyes.
"Coward, is that you sealed in that coffin?" Jiang Yuan chuckled.
This tardigrade had been boasting that this super divine vein couldn't suppress it, and it had been racking its brains to get in, most likely because it wanted to enter this place to be reborn.
The tardigrade's eyes were unfocused; this was the first time it had shown signs of death.
"The body is the boat, the soul is the oar; only with both boat and oar can one cross the dried-up sea to the other side," Jiang Yuan said quietly.
"Kid, I need your help to open that coffin. I'll pay you afterwards." The tardigrade had lost its previous playful demeanor, as if it had suffered a major blow to its life, and the whole insect slumped down.
"I refuse, what if you have some kind of scheme?" Jiang Yuan refused on the spot; this guy was no good.
"well!"
The tardigrade sighed and said forlornly, "You should be able to see that my soul is rapidly decaying. Before, I survived as a remnant soul because of the barrier of the divine veins, but now that the balance has been broken, I am not far from death."
"Do you think I'd believe that!" Jiang Yuan raised an eyebrow. Even though he was confident that the other party was telling the truth, he still couldn't easily meet the tardigrade's conditions in order to maximize his own interests.
"This is my original mark. Once you master this, do you still need to be wary of me?"
The tardigrade spat at Jiang Yuan, and a beam of light flew out through the Samsara Space. It continued, "If I am unwilling, even if you can kill me, you will not be able to refine my immortal soul. Jiang Yuan felt nauseous, but subconsciously took it anyway. When he received the Origin Mark that the tardigrade had mentioned, the Hand of Death gave him a notification.

Jiang Yuan couldn't help but look at this guy with new respect. He never expected that this hermaphroditic, sleazy tardigrade was once a demigod. It didn't seem like it at all.
"Is it ready?" the tardigrade asked, its voice growing heavy.
"Since you're so sincere, I'll reluctantly help you out!"
Jiang Yuan nodded in agreement. After putting away the water bear's original mark, he walked towards the blood-red coffin in the main hall.
"This is a Blood Obsidian. It can only be opened with pure physical strength. Remember, you must not use any energy, otherwise the Blood Obsidian will drain all your energy and blood! The color you see now is actually left behind by many unsuspecting cultivators," the water bear warned him before he could react.
"Do you have to be so cruel? I'm just carrying a coffin, don't kill me!" Jiang Yuan quickly took two steps back. What kind of weird thing is this? Helping a small favor requires risking my life, this is a bit too much.
"Don't worry, someone like you carrying such heavy karma won't die in a place like this!" the tardigrade said calmly.
