"Wow, that's really heavy!"
Gu Anlei struggled to get the completely drunk Jiang Yuan back to his apartment, unaware that the man she was supporting had only just lost consciousness.
When all his potential was exhausted, the backlash from the Destiny Wine finally erupted, and a drunkenness dozens of times stronger than before swept over him, instantly engulfing all of Jiang Yuan's consciousness.
With a thud, Jiang Yuan went limp, and Gu Anlei, who had just helped him to the room, was accidentally pinned down, the two of them lying face to face on the bed.
"Jiang Yuan?" Gu Anlei called his name softly, but the only response was Jiang Yuan's calm and relaxed breathing.
The room fell silent. This was the first time Gu Anlei had seen the man's face so closely.
From doctor-patient relationship to comrade-in-arms relationship, then from comrade-in-arms relationship to classmate relationship, and finally even becoming lovers under Zhong Litong's arrangement, her emotions become more and more complicated.

Gu Anlei adjusted her position, then lay down and resumed her previous posture. "Looking forward to your surprised expression this morning!"

Jiang Yuan, whose nerves had been completely paralyzed, entered a state of chaos. He underestimated the effects of the Destiny Wine. Although his cause and effect had been altered, the Destiny Wine did indeed work. Previous images kept flashing in high frequency and high quality, and he remained in that state of disorientation and detachment all night.

"Cough, cough!"
Jiang Yuan felt a tightness in his chest, coughed twice, and said bitterly, "Big sister, why are you sleeping in my room! And if you're going to sleep, why are you under me?"
"I..." Gu Anlei was speechless for a moment, and could only subconsciously wrap herself in the blanket.
Jiang Yuan pried himself off the wall, then waved his hand and said, "Forget it, I won't hold it against you. You should go back now, otherwise it won't look good if someone sees you like this!"
"You don't care?" Gu Anlei wondered if she had misheard. This guy dared to say he didn't care after attacking someone so early in the morning. How big of a face did he have?
"Everyone's had a few drinks, it's normal to be confused and just find somewhere to sleep. We're all brothers, I won't hold it against you." Jiang Yuan pressed his temples, trying to clear his head.
But his words infuriated Gu Anlei, who retorted irritably, "Get this straight, you're the only one who's drunk, I'm not!"
"Really?" Jiang Yuan had no recollection of it at all. He just muttered to himself, "But I'm really not the kind of person who does things recklessly when drunk!"
"Heh, you're not exactly a promiscuous person, are you? Last time you brought Wei Yue home to sleep, her underwear was still scattered all over the room. And which bastard stole my underwear? Don't tell me that someone would just take other people's things on their first visit. Besides you, you scumbag, who else is so 'unconventional'!" Gu Anlei's last word, "unconventional," was particularly clear.
Jiang Yuan's expression froze; he could never clear his name after what happened to Wei Yue last time.
"I knew you'd try to cheat, but I have proof!"
As she spoke, Gu Anlei activated the recording stone and projected the image. She pointed to the first picture with a smile and said, "This is what you looked like when you first came back to the room unconscious. You were the one who pressed me down at that time."
"And these too!"
Gu Anlei released a series of intimate photos of the two of them, making it seem like they were watching a romantic drama.
"Oh right, there's this idiot who keeps mistaking me for Ning Yanlan. He hugs me as soon as I leave..."

Upon hearing Ning Yanlan's name, Jiang Yuan immediately begged for mercy. Getting drunk isn't scary; what's scary is doing something stupid, and what's even scarier is having someone help you recall it while laughing at you. This is a complete social disaster.
"We're all brothers, I won't hold it against you!" Gu Anlei returned Jiang Yuan's words verbatim.
Jiang Yuan could only manage an awkward smile to ease the tension.
"How long have I been asleep?" Jiang Yuan asked, scratching his head sheepishly.
"How would I know? I was so sleepy while you were holding me." Gu Anlei said, wrapped in the blanket, feeling a bit lost. This was the first time she had been held like this by a man since she became an adult.
