Deception 8
Even if a suspect is identified, the case will still happen.
Freelance video writer Ryu Kankawa was shot through the right eye in his room. The whole room was turned upside down and even the feathers in the pillow were blown out.
"He's been dead for almost 30 minutes," former detective Maori Kogoro felt the body's temperature with his hand and frowned, "The ring on his neck is gone... I remember it was a relic from the Romanov dynasty..."
"It's the ring that Nicholas II gave to his third daughter Maria," Active-duty detective Ishii Kazuki was also there. Although he wasn't there when Samukawa Ryu showed off the ring, the ship was so small that he could have overheard the high school girls as he passed by. "Inspector Megure and the others are on their way, Mori-senpai."
I was mentally prepared for the boat to sink and the rest of the journey to drift by. Ishii Kazuki, who always brought an emergency escape and disaster prevention kit with him whenever he had a trip scheduled with Edogawa Conan, silently wiped his sweat in his heart. I remember that the boat in the movie version seemed to sink frequently... But this one should be safe...
"He was shot in the right eye..." Conan Edogawa was already a regular at the crime scene. The young detective was looking at the face of the corpse with a serious expression, "This..." "It was exactly the same as Kidd at that time, right?"
"Yes, I think it's very likely that he's an accomplice..." Edogawa Conan nodded subconsciously, and only realized something was wrong after he said it. The man behind him was sturdy, and even if he was squatting, he could easily cover him with his shadow. He had a stiff face and turned his head back, just in time to meet Ishii Kazuki's meaningful eyes, "Inspector Ishii... I just want to..."
Ishii Kazuki, who was standing just in front of Maori Kogoro, sighed in a serious tone and reached out to lift up Conan Edogawa. "Children will have nightmares if they see this." This was a headshot. Ishii Kazuki looked at the red and white on the ground and really admired the children in this world. They had no psychological trauma after seeing the dead bodies. He put Conan Edogawa by the door and pushed him towards Maori Ran. "Alright, alright, go find your sister Xiaolan."
"It's not safe on this ship," Ishii Kazuki nodded to the people still gathered at the door, with a warning in his tone, "Don't be alone."
The sound of the helicopter engine resounded through the night sky. Ishii Kazuki and Mori Kogoro stood on the deck and greeted the familiar Inspector Megure, as well as two officers, Shiratori and Takagi, from the Metropolitan Police Department in the air flow.
"There are always cases where you are around," Inspector Megure couldn't help but make an official complaint to Maori Kogoro as soon as he came down. At the latter's sullen smile, he turned to Ishii Kazuki, "Hey, brother Ishii, the situation would be much easier if you were here too--"
"You're too kind," Ishii Kazuki came up to greet him, his eyes casually sweeping over Officer Shiratori standing behind him. Facing Maori Kogoro's defense that it was "God's will," this famous rich man directly responded with "It must be the God of Death." He restrained his emotions and entered a business state, "Inspector, let's go check out the scene first. I have a suspicion."
