Interlude: Thief Police Officer 9
"Well," Ishii Kazuki held his chin with his hand, looking thoughtful, "and I gave him my business card. If this organization really hates Pramya, they should try to contact me, a police officer who escaped from the bomb. Or I can go find someone. Foreigners should be quite conspicuous in the hotel. They should not live far away..."
Ishii Kazuki got more and more clues the more he talked. He directly threw off the quilt and ran out of the ward, but was arrested by his colleagues. "Little Kazuki~" Compared with the gloomy-faced Matsuda Jinpei, the one with faster hands was Hagiwara Kenji with a black lily-like smile. "No way——" He grabbed his classmate by the scruff of the neck with a smile and dragged him back to the bed. "The surrounding investigation work has been taken over by someone else. You will be useless in the past. Have a good rest, my police colleagues who believe in you!"
"The doctor said I'm fine!" Ishii Kazuki struggled twice, but was immediately covered by a blanket by Matsuda Jinpei. "Let me out, I want to go to work! I want to catch the one who shot the cannon at me! I can't tolerate an international wanted criminal wandering around in Japanese territory, I want to do my part to protect the citizens!"
"You are a citizen too!" Matsuda Jinpei said coldly. Under the dramatic performance of Ishii Kazuki, he exchanged glances with his two classmates. "Have a good rest! When you are well, I will treat you to oden for a month!"
The hidden injuries that were found on Kazuki Ishii's body were really worrying, and several of his close friends unanimously agreed to take him to the hospital for a thorough check-up.
"It's okay." Date Kou ruffled Ishii Kazuki's hair, successfully making his already messy hair even messier. "You and Shinichi-kun, stay in the hospital obediently."
"Ah? Brother Hang, do I have to stay too?" Kudo Shinichi looked up in surprise. He had just planned to investigate on his own. His situation was much better than Ishii Kazuki. Only the last flash bomb caused him damage. Staying in the hospital for observation was just in case. If it weren't for the gorillas blocking the door, the young detective would have taken action, "But I..."
"Nothing," Ida Hang interrupted, his tone gentle but unquestionable, "Pramya hasn't been arrested yet, you stay in the hospital first," he glanced at Ishii Kazuki on the bed, "stay with Kazuki."
"Don't be so stubborn, little brat," Matsuda Jinpei sneered, "Bombs are not fun things. If you want to be a detective, you have to take care of your own life first! You and Ishii were almost blown to the sky!"
Hagiwara Kenji tried to smooth things over, easing Matsuda Jinpei's stern concern, "You're right, Shinichi-kun," he comforted the little detective who lowered his head, "Professional matters should be left to professionals. When it comes to bombs, Jinpei and I are experts!"
[He is right] Tong Xiangwang's voice is like a ghost [Professional matters should be left to professionals]
"Hey, Scotland," Christina's lips curved slightly, "Do you know Pramya?"
The man who was wiping his sniper rifle across from her raised his head, his cat eyes full of false tenderness, "Excuse me, what's wrong?"
