Her eyes grew brighter as she spoke, clearly relieved to have found a good reason for herself.
Fang Qingdai was speechless!
How come this woman is so good at arguing? She can even make a passing dog take the blame!
But Zhang Chengjie was clearly concerned about Jing Yi's status. Upon hearing this, he stared intently at Fang Qingdai, waiting for her to give an explanation.
Jing Yi pursed his lips, knowing that he had still caused trouble for Fang Qingdai.

The real fear is that Zhang Chengjie might leak information about his identity while investigating him, which would truly implicate the Fang Qingdai sisters.
Jing Yi's mind raced for a moment, and finally, his expression darkened, and he decided to leave on his own initiative!
