Chapter 201 Memory doubts, new scenes!

When the spotlight fell on the stage, the beam of light drove away the surrounding darkness. Qin Nuo in the audience calmed down and watched calmly.

Some faint sounds were heard in the darkness, followed by the sounds of several children playing. Ah Gai was still the first to appear under the light, holding a lot of performance props in his hands.

Then came Tang Rou, Dafu and the others.

"I'm so sleepy today. I haven't gotten enough sleep in class yet, but I'm already being dragged into rehearsal. When will this play end?" Ah Gai yawned, his face full of reluctance.

"Stop talking nonsense. Joining this big family isn't just for fun." Tang Rou glared at him.

"The final scene is very important. The festival gala is coming soon, so we all need to hurry up and rehearse it well!"

Tang Rou was probably the smallest among them in terms of both height and age, but her aura and personality were very wild, and no member of the guild dared to disobey her.

They began to set up on the stage, and it wasn't until a while later that they noticed there was an audience member in the audience.

Tang Rou saw Qin Nuo and walked down to grab him and take him to the stage: "Hey, you little bastard, I haven't seen you in a few days, where have you been?"

"Even though you don't have many scenes, you can't be so lazy. I've told you many times that once you join this big family, no one can get special treatment!"

Qin Nuo's ears were pulled so hard that they hurt. He went on stage and a set of prop costumes was stuffed into his hands.

"Sister Tang, you know the situation at Qin Feng's home. His parents are still having conflicts. It's good that he can come." Ah Gai said, scratching his head.

"That is to say, how can you be so comfortable? Your grandfather is a teacher in the school, and he loves you so much..." Dafu took out a suit of clothing from the props and put it on himself.

Halfway through his words, Da Fu quickly covered his mouth again, remembering that Tang Rou's parents were no longer around, and she was only taken care of by her grandfather.

Tang Rou didn't seem to care and pushed Qin Nuo, "Hurry up and change your clothes. Here are your lines. Even though you don't have many scenes, you still need to memorize them and practice them well."

"Don't make a mistake on stage at the Children's Day party and become a laughing stock to the whole school!"

Qin Nuo nodded and stood aside holding the prop costume.

The others got busy. Tang Rou checked the time, frowned, and showed obvious displeasure on her face: "Where's Yanan? That guy didn't come again?"

Ah Gai placed the items and said, "I guess he was in a bad mood and didn't come."

"He's in a bad mood? I have a worse temper than him, but I still came. Don't you have such a lack of responsibility?" Tang Rou obviously didn't like Yanan and said with a cold face.

"There's nothing we can do. He's so capable. He arranged the script and props." Ah Gai said in a low voice.

"Which side are you from?" Tang Rou glared at him again. Ah Gai shrank his head, turned back to continue working, not daring to mutter anymore.

"Qin Feng, please help me take out this chair and fold it up." Da Fu came over, dragging a large cloth bag and calling out.

Qin Nuo had just changed into a shirt when he heard the call and walked over.

As the two of them were helping each other, Qin Nuo casually said, "Brother Dafu, the boss can try to be patient. You and your son can have a serious chat. He is so excited because he cares about your studies."

Dafu had a strange expression on his face, and sounded confused for a moment: "I do have a bad relationship with my dad, but I haven't told anyone. How did you know?"

When Qin Nuo heard this, there was not much change on his face.

The curse refreshes the memory, and every day it revolves around the memory of a certain day in the past. He had already had this guess and said it deliberately just to confirm it.

Qin Nuo smiled and said, "Your father told me when I was working in the store."

Dafu still had a strange expression on his face. "Work? My dad's bun shop has always been run by my mom and me. Why are you helping out in the store?"

Qin Nuo had a hint of doubt in his heart, and said calmly: "This morning, seeing that your father was too busy, we are all classmates, so I came to help."

Da Fu suddenly realized, turned around to do other things, and said nothing more.

Qin Nuo looked at his back and thought to himself, "The memory is refreshed, yes, but the main memory should still be preserved. Dafu didn't know that Qin Feng was working as a child laborer in his shop. Could it be that this hadn't happened when he died?"

"But why wasn't Dafu's father surprised when he returned to the store during the day? He was still scolding him for being uneducated?"

"The memories of these two fathers and sons are obviously different. What's going on?"

Qin Nuo was in deep thought, then he noticed that the wound on the back of Dafu's head left by rolling noodles during the day had disappeared.

His eyebrows twitched, and a suspicion emerged in his mind.

In the darkness of the corner, the door was suddenly opened. Just like the plot of the previous few days, Ah Tu came late, and his lines were almost unchanged. It was still the same few lines. For some reason, Ya Nan did not come, so he had to take her place.

When Tang Rou and the others heard this, they revealed extremely dissatisfied expressions on their faces.

"That guy Yanan probably won't come. Is it really necessary to be so petty just because of some conflicts?"

"When we first joined the guild, we all swore an oath that no matter what conflicts arose, we would prioritize the interests of the guild. This guy just threw in the towel and left. How irresponsible!"

Dafu and the others started scolding with disgust on their faces.

Is that all he said?" Tang Rou asked calmly.

"That's all I have to say. He has been acting weird these past few days and I don't know what happened to him," Ah Tu said.

Tang Rou frowned and said, "Then you take his place and perform well."

Ah Tu's eyes lit up and he said with a smile, "Don't worry, I will definitely perform well."

"Forget about that cold-blooded guy, let's continue our rehearsal!"

Tang Rou clapped her hands and called everyone over.

Ah Tu saw Qin Nuo and said with a bit of surprise: "Brother Xiao Feng is here too. I thought you were not here like Brother Yanan."

Qin Nuo said casually: "I was delayed by family matters, so I asked for two days off."

Ah Tu wanted to say something but Tang Rou called him over and asked him to prepare the costume and script.

Time passed by little by little, and soon, the props and lines were ready.

Tang Rou walked back and forth on the stage, asking Ah Gai to turn off the rest of the lights, leaving only one spotlight.

The lights went out one after another, and the huge stage became extremely dim again. Qin Nuo and others took their respective positions and got ready. Tang Rou clapped her hands and signaled for the performance to begin.

Qin Nuo sat down on a chair, darkness engulfing his seat. He looked at Tang Rou under the spotlight, his eyes narrowed slightly.

He finished reading the script and was very familiar with it.

It tells the story of a protagonist whose lover was murdered and he takes his own revenge.

The murderer is his own brother, who is a teacher.

Isn’t this the personal tragedy that happened to the second character I played, Liang Zisu?
