Xiao Liu wasn't sure if there was anything inside the school, but after seeing Qin Nuo's smile, he was sure.
"No, I'd better just guard my own door. Whether it's lively or not is other people's business." Xiao Liu waved his hand.
Qin Nuo glanced at the military coat hanging on the back of the chair and asked, "How familiar are you with this old security guard?"
"I've been getting to know him for two days. He's a nice guy. He's my senior in this role, having been doing it for over ten years. He has no children at home, so he's quite pitiful."
Xiao Liu had a good impression of the security guard and said, "Last night, some troublemakers came to the school gate, and he helped me deal with them."
Qin Nuo nodded slightly, thinking that the old man was quite familiar with those little ghosts, and he might be able to get some clues through him.
After chatting with Xiao Liu for a few more words, Qin Nuo did not stay any longer and left the school.
When I came back, the moonlight was much brighter and I could see the road clearly. It was not as scary as when I came.
It was around three o'clock in the morning when Qin Nuo returned home. He opened the door, but the house was still deserted and messy.
There was a pungent smell of alcohol in the air.
Qin Nuo's expression changed slightly. Is it Qin Feng's mother who has returned?
He changed into a pair of slippers and didn't see anyone in the living room. He went to the room and still didn't find anyone. Instead, he was a little confused when he returned to his room.
His room was turned upside down, drawers and cabinets were all opened, clothes, books, manuscripts were all scattered on the floor, and it was a mess.
"Did a thief break in?" Qin Nuo frowned and picked up the scattered things. They were covered with dirty black footprints everywhere.
"The door was not pried open and the windows were closed. The other party came in with a key and was someone who lived at home."
"Besides Qin Feng's mother, the only other person left could be Qin Feng's father. Why would he search his son's room? Looking for money? Is he crazy enough to do that?"
Qin Nuo looked at the room and could imagine a grumpy person rummaging through drawers, his eyes full of madness.
"How bad is the relationship between this father and son?" Qin Nuo cleaned up the mess in the room. According to the role he played, he had to know how Qin Feng treated his father.
Confrontation?
Or just swallow your anger?
When Qin Nuo was tidying up, he accidentally turned to a question-and-answer sheet. It asked what Qin Feng desired most, and below it was Qin Feng's answer.
The characters are crooked and not very pretty, but at least they are legible.
Qin Feng's answer was very direct and unusual: "I long for my father to die, in the most painful way possible. If I had a choice, I would want to be the one to kill him. How could such a scumbag be my father? Why is he still living in this world in a drunken stupor?"
"That night, he came back and sat in the hall, smoking and drinking. The trash can was full of disgusting things. I saw my mother sitting in the room, also smoking, but with all kinds of injuries on her face."
"She saw me and just smiled without saying anything."
"My father saw me, staggered over, grabbed my collar, and called me a bastard, a good-for-nothing, saying I was using the family money to study useless books. He even spat in my face."
"I've never surrendered to this scumbag. His harsh tone and the pungent smell of alcohol fueled my murderous intent. When he turned around, I grabbed the scissors on the table and stabbed him in the abdomen without hesitation."
"But my strength was too weak. I only pierced his coat and cut a little skin. He turned around and slapped me, cursing something. He took the scissors and pressed me on the table. The sharp scissors were slashing towards my face!"
"At that moment, my mother suddenly came out and stabbed my father in the head with a fruit knife. My father dodged the attack, but one of his ears was still cut off."
"Blood splattered on my face, it was very hot. My mother ignored my wailing, dragged me into the room, and locked the door."
"I heard all sorts of curses and the sound of things being smashed outside the door. It took a long time for things to calm down. When I left, my parents were nowhere to be found. I had a very torturous sleep that night, as I kept replaying the scene of killing my father over and over in my mind..."
Qin Feng's answer was very long, with twisted characters occupying the entire scroll. The further back he went, the clearer the deep marks of the characters became, almost piercing through the paper.
One can imagine how deep the resentment Qin Feng carried when he wrote these words.
The test paper was not graded and was not brought to the classroom. It was just a way for Qin Feng to vent his anger.
However, this was of great help to Qin Nuo, allowing him to find the right direction in how to play family relationships. He sorted them out one by one and put them back in the interlayer of the book.
Qin Nuo felt sleepy, but he didn't think much about it. He changed his clothes and lay down on the bed, too lazy to take a shower. To be on the safe side, he locked the door.
Qin Feng's father must have come back to look for money. Maybe he found some, or maybe not. In any case, he rummaged through things and left.
The role played by such a father in the family is too dangerous. Perhaps I should have listened to my mother that night and joined forces to kill this scumbag father.
Qin Nuo fell asleep while thinking.
…
Qin Nuo goes to the bun shop to work after ten o'clock during the day, so he has enough time to sleep.
Light shone on his face through the curtains, and he heard a few crisp sounds in his ears. Qin Nuo opened his eyes and looked at the curse-breaking wind chime hanging on the clothes hanger, which was blown by the wind and made crisp sounds.
