The red panda curled up in the cold iron cage.
The fur on its front body had turned completely white and was falling off bit by bit. The flesh was also rotting bit by bit, emitting a foul odor.
Just this little bit of effort turned it into this.
Qin Nuo's face froze.
"Dead..."
It was less than three hours, how could he die, and the way he died was so horrific.
What kind of disease is this?
The man in the pig cage was very calm. He opened the iron cage, reached out and pulled out the corpse, and held it in his hand.
"What kind of disease is this?" Qin Nuo couldn't help but ask.
"sick?"
“It’s not a disease.”
The man in the pig suit did not blame Qin Nuo, but sneered. It was obvious that this was not the first time such a thing happened. He turned around and walked to the end of the carriage, carrying the red panda's body.
When he reached the end, he stopped and looked back at Qin Nuo: "You have to remember, your job is more than just doing odd jobs."
“I never thought about simplicity.”
Qin Nuo shook his head, looked at the pig-suited man and said, "The death of this little guy is not an accident, right?"
"Birth, aging, sickness and death are the tragic fate that every living being cannot avoid."
"But you can prevent their death," said the man in the pig suit.
"Can I stop it?" Qin Nuo had a strange expression on his face, but before he could ask, the man in the pig harness had already disappeared at the end of the corridor carrying the animal's corpse, followed by the sound of a heavy door closing.
After the pig-harness man left, the iron cages in the carriage became busy again.
Qin Nuo turned his head to look at these animals. Some of them were wailing, as if they were sad because of the departing red panda...
"Are you friends with it?" Qin Nuo asked, looking at the little squirrel in a small iron cage.
Tears welled up in the corners of its eyes, its hands entangled together as it stared at the dark corridor at the end of the carriage...
Qin Nuo's words received no response. It stared at Qin Nuo, then turned around and went back to the corner after a moment.
When it turned around, Qin Nuo clearly saw that there were signs of albinism on its brown fur.
This made Qin Nuo's face change slightly.
Is it possible that, in the end, all the animals in this carriage will die?
“What will happen to me after all the animals die?”
Qin Nuo frowned.
The pig-suit man couldn't save them, but he could save them. How could he save them? He didn't even know the cause of their albinism.
Qin Nuo stretched out his hand, trying to lure the little squirrel out, but it had no interest and just stayed in the corner, looking at him quietly, or rather, its spirit was also getting worse.
While Qin Nuo was pondering, a sound came from the iron cage above.
A gray wolf came out.
A pair of fierce eyes stared at Qin Nuo, saliva dripping from the corners of his mouth. A scar on his face almost divided his face into two halves, making him look even more ferocious.
Its ferocious appearance is the same as that of the black tiger in the corner, even its eyes are the same.
“Why are these animals so malicious towards me?”
"Even if I'm a human transformed into an animal, I don't have any enemies in the horror world, right?"
Qin Nuo was confused.
He found that those who were hostile to him were basically carnivores, while the herbivores were all docile.
Of course, except for the alpaca that likes to spit.
The gray wolf stared at Qin Nuo with bared teeth. The railing in front of it was already rusty. In fact, Qin Nuo believed that if it hit or bit it hard, it would be able to get out.
But it doesn't have so many. To them, the iron cage seems to be an absolute taboo that cannot be destroyed.
Qin Nuo didn't look at it and turned back.
In the pigpen, the fragrant pig squealed twice.
Qin Nuo looked at him and couldn't help but squat down and stroke it gently.
When their palms touched and rubbed each other, Qin Nuo's eyes changed slightly. This feeling made him feel very warm and at ease, and his body and mind seemed to become happier.
The fragrant pig also squinted its eyes and rubbed itself, with an expression showing obvious enjoyment.
"Why do I feel this way? They are animals, and I don't know them..."
Qin Nuo murmured softly, his expression becoming increasingly strange.
As time went by, the car windows became completely dark.
The light on the roof went out automatically. Qin Nuo returned to the lounge, had dinner, and then lay down on the simple bed.
After a tiring day, Qin Nuo closed his eyes and fell asleep without thinking too much.
Then, on the second night, Qin Nuo had another nightmare.
And it was exactly the same nightmare as last night!
In his dream, he was in a familiar dark space and saw the light and shadow again.
It was still crying there, its cries filled with sorrow and mixed with endless anger.
This time, Qin Nuo did not reach out to touch it, but still tried to communicate.
But the result was the same, Guangying couldn't hear his voice at all.
Trembling sounds continued to come out of its mouth.
"I might die, but I could die happily. But in the end, I was cut to death by the cold, sharp knives in your hands, one by one."
"What did I do wrong? We don't even know each other, yet you're hurling vicious curses at me like an enemy."
"What did I do wrong?"
"I just want to live happily, why do you all want to curse me to death?"
The trembling words echoed in the darkness, filled with confusion and sadness.
Qin Nuo heard everything, stopped extending his hand, and retracted it.
He didn't know what the light and shadow had experienced.
