Chapter 405 Zhang Yu’s words, old player!

Walking on the dirty corridor, I accidentally stepped on a few cockroaches, and white sauce splashed out. On the wall, several centipedes as thick as fingers were crawling and drilling into the door crack.

If she hadn't been to the horror world, such a horrific and disgusting scene would probably scare a girl with mysophobia to faint on the spot.

Qin Nuo arrived at room 505 and knocked on the door.

The door was quickly opened, and Aunt Mei was wearing an apron and holding a spatula in her hand, obviously preparing dinner.

"Xiao Qin is here. Come in and find a place to sit. You'll be able to eat soon."

Aunt Mei seemed very busy. Before she finished speaking, she rushed to the kitchen.

Qin Nuo walked in. The room was as messy as his suite. The floor was littered with garbage and a foul smell filled the air.

Qin Nuo sat down on the sofa. A golden retriever was lying beside him with a serious wound on his body. The blood had stained the sofa red.

But the golden retriever did not die, and was even full of energy.

It stared at Qin Nuo with a fierce look in its eyes, its mouth corners raised, revealing its fangs, with the scarlet flesh on them clearly visible.

When it stood up, it was as big as a Tibetan Mastiff.

"Xiaohua, stop being mean to the guests and sit down!"

Aunt Mei's voice came from the kitchen. Xiaohua heard it and sat down obediently again, but kept staring at Qin Nuo.

This wasn't the look of someone guarding their home, or protecting their master, but rather the look of someone hunting their prey...

Qin Nuo glanced at it and said gently, "Little Flower, this is not the first time we meet. Don't bite me, or I might tear your head off."

Qin Nuo said, glanced at the plate of rotten fruit on the table, and asked the kitchen: "Aunt Mei, where is Brother Zhang?"

Brother Zhang is Aunt Mei's son. Qin Nuo had met him twice during previous holidays. He was a top student in college and neighbors liked to use him as an example to teach their own children.

"In the room, this child always treats his studies as his life. Even though it's vacation time to relax, he still stays in the room to read whenever he has free time." Aunt Mei's tone was helpless.

Qin Nuo didn't respond and walked into the room.

When I opened the bedroom door, it was dark inside. The desk lamp was off and all the books on the bookshelf were knocked over to the floor.

Qin Nuo stepped in, feeling something was wrong and felt a little alert.

Looking around, there was no one around.

Raising his eyebrows, Qin Nuo suddenly tilted his head and glanced behind him.

A boy wearing thick glasses was standing behind him, holding a knife in his right hand, raised above his head, and ready to stab him.

Qin Nuo suddenly turned around, which scared him, and then he pretended nothing had happened and put away the knife.

"Brother Zhang, what are you doing?" Qin Nuo asked, looking into his eyes.

"Nothing, I just wanted to give you a surprise." Zhang Yu laughed dryly.

"It seems like we haven't seen each other for a long time? I almost didn't recognize you when I saw you now!"

Qin Nuo also smiled: "I looked at Brother Zhang and almost didn't recognize him."

"I heard that you dropped out of school. The reason for dropping out is quite complicated. What happened?" Zhang Yu spoke intermittently, but his eyes were wandering and his mind was not focused on it.

"This matter is indeed quite complicated. Let's go out and talk about it. Don't you think your room is quite stuffy?"

"Good...good idea." Zhang Yu nodded and stepped aside, wanting Qin Nuo to walk in front.

"Brother Zhang, why don't you give me the knife? Why are you holding it all the time? There's no fruit for you to peel." Qin Nuo stared at the knife that was flashing with cold light.

Zhang Yu hesitated for a moment and handed it over. Qin Nuo took it in his palm and walked towards the door.

But after taking only two steps, he suddenly turned around, and a knife was already stabbing straight into Qin Nuo's eyes.

Qin Nuo raised his hand and pinched the blade with two fingers. He broke it gently and flicked it aside. The broken blade was stuck in the wall.

Zhang Yu looked at his knife with a look of surprise, then a look of madness, and quickly turned on the lamp on the table beside him.

Before he could throw his weapon, Qin Nuo subdued him and pinned him down on the bed, making him unable to move.

Zhang Yu's face suddenly turned pale, he closed his eyes and waited for death.

"Brother Zhang, calm down, I'm normal." Qin Nuo looked at Zhang Yu's pale face and said.

"How do you prove it?" Zhang Yu was obviously stunned when he heard the word "normal", and then asked.

"Since I can say this sentence normally, I know why you attacked me." Qin Nuo said.

Zhang Yu's expression kept changing. After a long moment, he said, "Can...can you let me go first? My arm feels like it's going to break."

Qin Nuo was not worried and let him go.

Zhang Yu twisted his arm in pain and looked at Qin Nuo with a look of panic on his face: "Why are you okay?"

"I just came back today, and when I came back, I found that all the residents in the building were different."

"That's impossible. The apartment building is sealed off."

Qin Nuo stuck the fruit knife in his hand on the table beside him: "Because I came back from the horror world."

Zhang Yu opened his mouth and seemed to know the mechanism of the horror game. This explanation was indeed reasonable.

"Brother Zhang, what happened after I left? Why did everyone become like this?" Qin Nuo was very glad that he came up to eat for free. Zhang Yu was sober and should know a lot.

Zhang Yu sat on the chair, looking exhausted both physically and mentally. It was obvious that he had been tortured a lot in the past few days. He was worried every day, which made his consciousness a little blurred.

Rubbing his brow, he said, "To be honest, I don't know the details."

"It was a Friday and I had just come home from school and everything was normal."

"It was just that night, I was reviewing in the study room when I heard a loud noise. I thought it was a quarrel downstairs, so I didn't pay much attention to it."
