Chapter 690 Meeting with Mr. Fang, Lao Liu’s behavior!

In the bright room, the white woven lamp on the ceiling seemed a bit dazzling.

Qin Nuo sat in the chair, very quietly, his face looking calm.

Around, some people were walking back and forth with documents in their hands, busy with their things.

On a bench on the side, Sister Zui was also sitting there, with her hands crossed and her eyes closed, looking like she was resting.

After sitting for a while, Qin Nuo glanced at the man next to him and said, "Give me a cup of coffee?"

The man was obviously dissatisfied: "Find out what you are doing now..."

Before he could finish his words, Sister Zui suddenly said, "Do as he says."

"His status is not a prisoner, but a guest."

The man opened his mouth, but remained silent, then turned and left.

A moment later, Qin Nuo picked up the coffee and just took a sip when the door of the room next to him opened. Two people were standing outside the door, one was Mr. Fang and the other was Qin Yushi.

"Young man Qin, nice to meet you again." Mr. Fang's smile was still kind.

"Why is it always you?" Qin Nuo couldn't help asking.

Mr. Fang smiled slightly and said, "Because I am the only one who knows you very well. You can't talk to those old guys. Only I can do it."

"I've made two cups of refreshing tea in my office. Let's go and have a seat."

Qin Yushi signaled to Qin Nuo with her eyes and then nodded.

Qin Nuo had a calm expression. He drank the coffee on the table and walked out of the room.

Five minutes later, in the office.

Qin Nuo sat down. In front of him, besides Old Fang, there was another old man.

He was leaning on a cane with both hands, his face was weathered and full of traces of time, and his eyes were so deep that it was impossible to see through them.

"Let me introduce you. This is an old partner of mine. Just call him Mr. Gu."

Canglao gave a brief introduction, pushed a cup of Maofeng tea in front of Qin Nuo, then picked it up himself and asked him to take a sip.

Qin Nuo said, "I'm sorry to bother you two old gentlemen to get up and work in the middle of the night."

"As I get older, I have a lot of worries and it's hard to sleep. It would be good to find something to do." Old Gu spoke, his voice a little hoarse.

Mr. Fang wanted to speak, but Mr. Gu followed up and said, "Let's get straight to the point."

"What do you want to say about the face puzzle, young man?"

Qin Nuo leaned back in his chair and said, "I'm the same as you guys right now, confused and full of question marks."

"To put it simply, the person who stole the face puzzle was me, but it wasn't actually me, understand?"

Mr. Fang said calmly, "We have already learned some simple details from Xiao Zui."

"The real thief is the ghost you contracted. They controlled your body and stole the items while you were unconscious. Since you were indeed unconscious, they hardly suspect you."

"This trick is truly perfect."

"So, it has left?" Old Fang asked, looking up.

"He has already left." Qin Nuo nodded calmly.

Gu Lao tutted his words, his eyes indifferent: "A ghost is a ghost after all, just like a white-eyed wolf."

"Even if we have a contract and share a body, it will still bite back."

His tone was cold and full of disdain.

But if you think about it carefully, this seems to be the situation Qin Nuo is in right now.

Mr. Fang listened without any intention of refuting. He drank his tea calmly and paid attention to the changes in Qin Nuo's expression.

Qin Nuo looked at the tea on the table and said, "Maybe you are right."

"But it was just other people, not me."

"It's not biting me back, it just has to go because of something."

"Also, it's not very good at speaking, and it didn't explain many things clearly."

Qin Nuo's eyes flickered. The Blood-Eyed Ghost told him a lot of things before leaving, but he could sense that there were still many things that the guy was hiding.

When it opened its sixth eye, it seemed that the distance between itself and the Blood-Eyed Ghost was getting bigger and bigger, even though there was an equal contract between them.

But it was obvious that if he continued to contract with the Blood-Eyed Ghost as it was now, something would happen sooner or later.

The Blood-Eyed Ghost made it very clear what he said when he left. Part of the reason was that he wanted to settle things with Chu Bai, and the other part was because he believed that the answer about Qin Nuo existed in Chu Bai's copy.

It believed that if it got the answer, it would be able to help Qin Nuo solve the mystery of his life!

Mr. Gu didn't care about Qin Nuo's words at all, thinking that the young man was just being stubborn.

Seeing that the conversation was already going on, Mr. Fang didn't waste any words. He knew that the child in front of him didn't like to beat around the bush. "It brought the flesh and blood puzzle back to the horror world. Obviously, it didn't just want to go back."

Qin Nuo shook his head slightly: "I don't know, my mind is very messy right now."

"I'm sleepy too. Can you arrange a place for me to sleep?"

Old Gu frowned slightly: "We are both old, and we haven't complained about being tired, but you are the one who can't do it?"

"That's different from you. I'm weak and not in good health." Qin Nuo shrugged.

Old Gu frowned. Qin Nuo's lazy and nonchalant attitude from beginning to end made him very unhappy.

Qin Nuo was yawning, his eyes fixed on Mr. Fang.

Mr. Fang picked up the teacup, took a sip, and coughed twice. "It seems that you are indeed tired. In that case, I will have someone arrange for you to rest, and we will talk tomorrow."

"Old Gu, you should go back early too."

Mr. Gu looked at Qin Nuo and said slowly, "Young man, you are our guest. We will do our best to help you, and we hope you will cooperate."

"This is convenient for us and for you. Don't treat us as enemies."

After saying that, he stood up and slowly left the room with his crutches.
