"Eat oranges?"
Aunt Mei took out the rotten oranges from the bag. White maggots were crawling in the rotten flesh, which made people feel sick.
But Aunt Mei didn't care at all and had a warm smile on her face. If it weren't for the surrounding environment, Qin Nuo would have found it difficult to notice her abnormality. This was just like usual.
"No, oranges are too sweet. I don't like sweet food right now." Qin Nuo shook his head and naturally refused.
"Kid, didn't you like it before? Then eat this."
Aunt Mei took back the orange and then took out a green date, which was also rotten.
Qin Nuo could only take it, glanced around, and asked, "Aunt Mei, nothing has happened in our community recently, right?"
"That's great. I heard from the street office that they will build a stage in the community soon, and there will be a fireworks show!" Aunt Mei said with a smile.
Qin Nuo was not interested in listening to this and asked, "Has Aunt Mei seen my sister?"
"I saw your sister yesterday. She hurried downstairs. I called her but she didn't respond, as if she didn't hear me. Maybe something urgent happened?" Aunt Mei said suspiciously.
"Okay, Aunt Mei, we'll talk when we have time."
Qin Nuo knew that he couldn't get anything out of Aunt Mei.
Her behavior is very similar to that in horror games. She is unaware of the changes around her, regards the horror phenomena as normal, and continues to immerse herself in her ordinary life.
This made Qin Nuo feel very uneasy.
Is a terrifying civilization invading the real world?
After saying this, Qin Nuo turned around and tried to leave, but was grabbed by Aunt Mei.
The moment he caught it, Qin Nuo reflexively wanted to use his ghost power, but he stopped in time.
Aunt Mei smiled slightly and said, "Child, you promised Aunt Mei last time that you would come to my place. Come tonight."
"I've made some soup and am waiting for you tonight. Today is a good day."
Qin Nuo remained calm: "What good day?"
"My son is back. He's preparing for the postgraduate entrance exam and is under a lot of academic pressure. The school just happened to be on holiday, so he came back to relax for a few days."
Qin Nuo was silent for a moment, and could only say: "Okay, is seven o'clock tonight okay?"
"Of course, let's put it this way. If your sister comes back, invite her along too. It'll be more fun with more people!"
After saying this with a smile, Aunt Mei picked up the basket and went upstairs.
Qin Nuo watched her leave, threw away the green dates in his hand, and walked downstairs quickly. When he reached the first floor, he found that the iron door was closed.
He wanted to tear it open violently, but found that he couldn't destroy it at all. A layer of blood spread on the iron door, as if forming a taboo.
There was clearly no lock and he could open it by just reaching out and pulling, but he had no idea how to do it.
The Blood-Eyed Ghost also tried it, and it was the same.
"What's this?"
"It looks like some kind of boundary barrier or something. This thing can't be solved by violence." said the Blood Eye Ghost.
Qin Nuo's face looked a little unhappy. If he could get out of the apartment building, he should be able to solve more confusions.
"This thing doesn't look like it formed automatically. Someone deliberately trapped me in the building. No, it should be everyone in the building." Qin Nuo whispered.
He looked at the night sky outside the building. There was still no sign of dawn. The thick dark clouds seemed to be hiding something, and wisps of red light were seeping in...
Qin Nuo suddenly remembered that when he entered the horror world, the news broadcast on TV, could it be related to this incident?
There was no way to leave the building, so Qin Nuo had to go back upstairs.
Qin Yushi was not in the room and seemed to have gone outside the building.
Her strength is stronger than his, so Qin Nuo is not too worried.
What we need to do now is to figure out the current situation and how to leave this building.
When I reached the third floor, a door in the corridor suddenly opened.
A man came out and threw a bag of garbage in the corner.
In the corner, there were piles of garbage, and the stench was overwhelming.
The man had unkempt hair, a stubbled face, and was unkempt. He had a cigarette between his teeth, and the army green coat he was wearing had several patches on it.
He glanced at Qin Nuo and said indifferently: "The boy upstairs, you're back from vacation. Be quiet at night and don't jump around. Otherwise, I won't be so polite when I come to your door."
Qin Nuo didn't say anything.
He didn't say anything else and slammed the door.
The force was so great that a piece of cement fell off the wall.
Qin Nuo naturally knew this man.
But it's just what I heard from others.
Aunt Mei had told him before that his name was Liu Jian, who was in his thirties and an old resident here, but he was very decadent, drinking and gambling all day long, and often committed domestic violence. In the end, his wife ran away with the children, leaving him alone here, becoming even more decadent.
Qin Nuo was watching TV at night with the volume a little loud, so he came to his house, reeking of alcohol and full of anger, and almost started a fight.
That was Qin Nuo's only impression of him.
It was also the only time we dealt with each other.
Qin Nuo didn't pay much attention to this kind of neighbor.
Back to the fourth floor, in my room.
To be on the safe side, Qin Nuo closed the door and simply cleaned up the mess in the house.
The three horrific scratches on the wall were the most conspicuous among the mess!
Qin Nuo compared the claw marks and found that they were not human scratches at all.
"Is there still a monster in the building?"
Qin Nuo was thinking, when he arrived at the balcony, he saw that all the potted plants there had turned yellow and were dead.
When I stretched out my hand, I could clearly feel a barrier in the air outside the balcony.
The thought of jumping off the building disappeared.
Qin Nuo returned to the living room and tried to turn on the TV.
