Chapter 204 The curse is successfully lifted, the amnesiac girl!

“Ding, ding…”

A gust of night wind blew in, and the wind chimes rang in the darkness. The ethereal sound made the already terrifying atmosphere even more terrifying.

A strange dark light lingered on two bells the size of longan.

He twisted one end of the nylon rope connected to the wind chime with his fingers and wrapped it around the paper man's head.

The moment it was entangled, the struggling paper man became quiet, and the bells rang automatically without wind. As the bells echoed, wrinkles appeared on the paper man's body, as if he had been kneaded hard by someone's hands.

Then, a layer of blood covered the paper man. Qin Nuo clearly heard a shrill wail in his ears, and a vague and distorted face appeared on the paper man.

As the face disappeared, the paper figure was engulfed by sparks and turned into ashes. A ball of gray light entered the bell.

"Does this mean the curse has been lifted?" Qin Nuo looked at the bell in his hand with a hint of confusion on his face.

Qin Nuo held the curse-breaking wind chime. According to the detailed instructions on ghosts, he held the wind chime and injected some ghost power into it.

A chill appeared in the palm of his hand, and then the milky white light ball emerged and landed in front of Qin Nuo.

The ball of light turned into a little girl of about eleven or twelve years old, wearing a blue and white school uniform, a ponytail, full of youthful vitality, and wearing a pair of brand new white canvas shoes.

However, her pretty little face was pale, and looked dull and confused.

She looked around, her eyes revealing a sense of strangeness and fear. When her pupils fell on Qin Nuo, she said in a dazed voice: "What's wrong with me?"

Qin Nuo touched his nose and said, "How should I put it? You can understand it as me helping you escape from that cage."

What surprised him was that the little girl didn't show any excitement or joy on her face. Beneath her indifference, there was still a hint of sadness in the depths of her lifeless eyes.

Qin Nuo asked: "Isn't this something to be happy about?"

"Maybe. What's the point of escaping the cage if you don't know who you are?" said the little girl with her head lowered.

"This, maybe I can help you." Qin Nuo thought to himself and said.

"Do you know who I am?" The little girl's lifeless eyes suddenly lit up.

"I don't know, but someone else might know."

Qin Nuo hung the curse-breaking wind chime around his waist. Seeing the little girl's confused face, he smiled slightly and said, "Come with me first. Don't worry, I'm not a bad person. I'm just a good brother who likes to help others."

The little girl was not very alert, or perhaps she didn't have any such thing at all. She nodded and followed Qin Nuo obediently.

At this time, the clock was already past 2:30 in the morning.

In the starless night sky, the thick clouds passed through, revealing the bright moon, which rarely showed its not-so-bright moonlight, pouring down on the dead silent Black Crow Ghost School.

At this point, Qin Nuo was not sure whether those little ghosts were still in the stage room, so he could only quicken his pace.

Back in the stage room, luckily, the lights were still on. Tang Rou and a few other kids were still rehearsing on the stage.

Ah Tu and Ah Gai were also there. Seeing Qin Nuo, they were surprised. "Qin Feng, didn't you say you'd wait at the bathroom door? You made us wait so long. We searched for you in the bathroom for ages, but we couldn't find you!"

Qin Nuo hesitated for a moment, shrugged and said, "When I came out, you were gone too."

Ah Tu gasped, a look of fear on his face: "Hiss, we can't be running into a ghost, right?"

Ah Gai noticed that there was a little girl following behind Qin Nuo and said with a silly smile, "Look everyone, Qin Feng is back with a girl. Could it be his young wife?"

He stretched his neck to see what the girl looked like.

The little girl was a little shy and hid behind Qin Nuo.

Then Ah Gai looked stunned: "Fuck, isn't this Baoli Ting? Why are you here?"

The little girl blinked, looked at Ah Gai and asked, "Do you know me?"

Ah Gai was completely confused, but still said, "That's not the case. I'd recognize you even if you turned into ashes. No, I'd recognize you even if you turned into ashes!"

A light flashed across the little girl's pale, bloodless face. She stepped forward excitedly, wanting to grab Ah Gai. "Then you must know my name. What's my name? What's my mother's name?"

Ah Gai was startled and took a step back, looking at the little girl in even greater confusion. He turned around and shouted to everyone, "Everyone, come here quickly! Bao Li Ting seems to have lost her mind. She's a bit scary!"

Tang Rou and Da Fu on the stage put down the manuscripts they were reading and walked over.

Seeing so many people, the little girl retreated into the darkness behind Qin Nuo.

"That can't be. I chatted with you for a few minutes after school in the daytime. Everything was normal. How come it became like this at night?" Ah Tu scratched his head and said.

"I think you are acting, showing us your acting skills and then returning to our guild, right?" Dafu smiled as if he knew it.

The little girl looked at them blankly: "You all seem to know me?"

Qin Nuo noticed the changes in Dafu's expressions, coughed twice and said, "Everyone, she seems to have truly lost her memory, and she's not acting."

"I ran into her in the hallway, and she didn't seem to remember anything."

Tang Rou frowned and said, "Can you remember why you appeared here last night?"

The little girl glanced at Qin Nuo and shook her head slightly.

Then she repeated the two questions.

Tang Rou and Da Fu exchanged a few glances and said, "Your name is Mo Ting. You're our classmate and vice-president. As for your mother, we've never met her. The mayor is only this old, and we don't know where your family is."
