Chapter 382 The ghost on the stairs, a piece of forbidden delicacy!

Seeing Xiaotian's father giving in instantly, Qin Nuo's expression became indifferent. He slowly moved the Night Devil pistol away and said, "That's right. We are all reasonable people. Why do we have to resort to violence?"

Xiaotian's father's face looked a little dark, and the horrific wounds on his body were still bleeding black blood. It was hard to tell who the abuser was.

"Xiaotian is a lovely child. It's normal to love children, but you also need to be filial."

"It's wrong to exclude and ignore an elderly person in this way no matter what."

"I'm just helping an old man see his grandson whom he misses day and night. What's wrong with that?" Qin Nuo said, spreading his hands.

After he said this, Xiaotian's parents narrowed their eyes and looked at Qin Nuo.

Qin Nuo was puzzled: "What are you looking at?"

"It's the old lady downstairs again. Is this what she wants you to do?" Xiaotian's father suddenly spoke with a gloomy look in his eyes.

"It sounds like this isn't the first time?" Qin Nuo's eyebrows twitched.

"She told you that we were unfilial and ignored her, not even letting her see her grandson."

Xiaotian's father repeated what the old lady had said before.

Qin Nuo had a strange expression on his face: "You know everything?"

"Of course we know that; she often says that to others."

"But these are all fabricated by the old woman herself. We are not her sons and daughters-in-law, and our children are certainly not her grandchildren."

"That old woman had dementia, or was insane. The day we checked into the hotel, she started targeting our children and often came after us grandsons. In the end, we inexplicably became her unfilial sons and daughters-in-law, and Xiaotian became her grandson."

"It's that old woman again. I've had enough of her. I can't avoid her!" The short-haired woman said coldly.

At this point, the misunderstanding seemed to be resolved.

The couple had no intention of settling any more scores, or rather, even if they wanted to, they did not have the ability to do so.

Xiaotian's father glared at his son fiercely: "You stinky bastard, what did I tell you? Don't run around! You're just causing trouble for me!"

He grabbed Xiaotian's ears and the latter burst into tears.

The short-haired woman picked up the brick beside her and blew it directly into his face, scolding him coldly: "Besides complaining about the child, what else can you do?"

"Mom..." Xiaotian looked at her aggrievedly.

The short-haired woman glanced at her son coldly, her tone unchanged: "Next time you cause trouble for me, I'll break both of your legs so you don't run around anymore!"

Xiaotian lowered his head and whispered, "You all don't care about me, I can only play with myself..."

The two ignored him and dragged Xiaotian away.

Both fathers obviously lack concern for their children, as if they have fulfilled their responsibilities as long as they are alive.

Qin Nuo looked at Xiaotian, his skinny body that was just skin and bones, frowned, and suddenly a horrifying thought came to his mind.

Will Xiaotian starve to death due to his parents’ neglect?

Qin Nuo didn't think much about this guess. He chased after them, thinking that no matter whether Xiaotian was his grandson or not, he would get the ingredients first. But when he got out of the corridor, the family of three had already disappeared. It seemed that they knew his plan and slipped away faster than anyone else.

Qin Nuo looked somewhat helpless.

"What should we do now?" asked the blood-eyed ghost.

"Let's go back and look at the dream first. This matter is in advance."

Qin Nuo said this and turned to walk upstairs.

However, he climbed floor after floor, but always found himself on the third floor.

The numbers painted in red on the wall are particularly eye-catching under the light.

"A ghost wall?" Qin Nuo looked up and down the stairs.

"Not really. It's a ghost that died in the wall of the stairs. It likes to play tricks on you." said the blood-eyed ghost.

Qin Nuo was exhausted. There were so many ghosts at night. Normally, this shouldn't be the case. It must be because he was involved in the dungeon.

He looked up at the number 3, and some red paint seeped out of it, forming a few words.

"Play with me until I'm satisfied, then I'll let you go."

The red paint peeled off the font, as bright as blood, which was quite scary to look at.

Qin Nuo lost his patience: "Okay, I'll play with you, but I have my own unique way of playing."

As he spoke, he took out the bone-splitting hammer and poured a bottle of boy's urine on the hammer.

"Shall we do something exciting?"

…

Meanwhile, on the other side.

Meng was alone in the room. The wall behind the TV was shaking again, and the cracks on it were getting longer and longer.

Some strange noises came from behind the wall...

The music box placed on the balcony produces pleasant music.

Meng stood on tiptoe, unaffected by the sound from behind the wall, and was about to jump when there was a knock on the door.

Meng ignored it. She seemed to know whether the person outside the door was Qin Nuo.

But the noise outside the door did not stop.

Some strange thin threads emerged from the door handle and were entangled on it.

Meng looked at him and suddenly said, "You must have entered the wrong room. This is 501. My brother said that strangers are not allowed to come in."

Snap!

As soon as she finished speaking, the doorknob turned, and then the door opened a little bit.

The door was open, and the cold night wind rushed in. The candle on the table swayed, and the light flickered.

Meng stopped dancing and looked away, blinking.

A tall figure appeared.

Wearing a loose windbreaker and a tall hat, he revealed a weathered middle-aged face. Seeing Meng, he smiled kindly, "Nizi, what a coincidence, we meet again."

"Uncle Bai Tian, what can I do for you?"

The light was insufficient and extremely dim, but Meng still recognized it at a glance.
