Under the big camphor tree, a stone chessboard was surrounded by several old men.
Qin Nuo came back again, and Grandpa Ah Gai followed him. He took out a wine gourd from under his clothes and drank some wine while watching the chess game.
"Old Li, you are back again. Do you have money in your pocket again?" an old man asked with a smile.
"My son and daughter-in-law work outside, but I, an old man, have never been short of money." Old Li said lightly, took a sip, and then plugged the gourd with a bottle cork.
Several old men around smiled and were about to speak when the old man who had won all the money laughed and said, "Just let him talk. It's not like you don't know his character. If you flatter him, his face will turn black again!"
Grandpa Ah Gai didn't get angry this time. He shook the wooden gourd in his hand and said, "Old Liu, let's play another game. If you win, I will bring you a full pot of my old cellar wine tomorrow."
"Haven't you been craving this for a long time?"
Old Liu took a step forward, looked up, and asked, "Are you kidding? Isn't this wine a treasure for a stingy person like you?"
"There are still a few unopened cans at home, so one or two pots won't make a difference." Grandpa Ah Gai's heart was bleeding, but his face showed an indifferent expression.

"I like this. I don't care about money as much as wine!" Old Liu said happily.
The game was over quickly and Lao Liu won again.

"Old Li, come and sit down. Let me taste the wine in your hand first. You are the loser anyway, and I am so greedy." Old Liu said, smacking his lips.
Grandpa Ah Gai took a sip of the wine in the gourd slowly, patted Qin Nuo on the shoulder, and said, "This child will take my place."
Upon hearing this, several old men started laughing.
"Are you dissatisfied that you can't finish your wine?" Old Liu picked up the old-fashioned teapot, took a sip of tea, and said.
"Stop talking so much nonsense. Let this kid have a game. I'll admit defeat even if I lose."
Grandpa Ah Gai said impatiently. In fact, he didn't think the little brat could win. He was just an elementary school kid. It was good enough that he could play chess.
All he cared about was Qin Nuo's promise.
Qin Nuo squeezed out of the crowd, sat down on the stone bench, and said to Old Liu in front of him with a smile: "Grandpa, I'm not very good at playing chess, I hope you can go easy on me."
"Little kid, why are you here meddling in other people's affairs when you're not in school?"
Although he said that, Lao Liu did not ask any more questions and started to set up the chess pieces.
After all the chess pieces were set up, Lao Liu asked again, "How about I give you a pair of cannons?"
"No need, otherwise it won't be a good experience." Qin Nuo took a step forward.
"Haha, kid, you have a sense of humor. Okay, then I'll be gentler so you can have a better experience."
Old Liu laughed. The old people around him crossed their arms, feeling bored, and urged Old Liu to finish quickly. Everyone was lining up.
The chess game started quickly. The top chess skills that were inspired in the Bloody Apartment were still deeply engraved in his mind. Looking at the chessboard now, a feeling of controlling the overall situation grew in his mind.
After only ten moves, Old Liu became a little dazed. He sat there with a frown, undecided.

The old men around were talking at once, instructing Lao Liu on how to move. Lao Liu shouted "Shut up" and made a big decision as if he had made a move. Qin Nuo followed up with a move without thinking at all.

The elderly people around fell silent, looking stunned.
Qin Nuo sat on the stone bench, yawned, his expression full of boredom, and said calmly: "Grandpa, can you hurry up? I'm so sleepy waiting. Isn't your chess game quite easy to play?"
Old Liu's face darkened, feeling somewhat humiliated by these words. He raised his head and asked, "You call this not very good at chess?"

"At school, I often lose in chess. They all laugh at me and say that if someone loses to me, how can I still have the nerve to play chess?" Qin Nuo said with a pout.
Old Liu was a little embarrassed. Ah Gai's grandfather couldn't let go of this good opportunity and said, "No way, Old Liu, you can't even beat a little kid, right?"
"Are you kidding me?"
Old Liu muttered something and returned his gaze to the chessboard, but as soon as he saw the chess game, he got a headache and broke out in a sweat.
He held up the chess piece, his entire body petrified as he sat there. Qin Nuo held his chin with one hand, almost sleepy from waiting. He simply stretched out his hand, pointed at an intersection, and said, "Grandpa, let me tell you, you can only play here. This is the only way out."
"But if you go down here, I will go down here to block your horse. This is all within my expectations."
"If you play somewhere else, you can struggle for five rounds. If you follow my instructions, you can struggle for eight rounds."
"As for winning, even if God comes, it will be powerless to save the situation!"
Qin Nuo supported his knees with his hands, looked at Lao Liu, and asked innocently, "Grandpa, do you think I'm right?"
