Lan Qingyue entered the Chu family mansion, looking back every few steps. Following the butler, she bypassed the scenic rockery backyard and entered the main hall. The hall was so cold that she couldn't help but shiver a few times in the sweltering summer heat.
"Mommy~~~" A figure flashed past her eyes. Before Lan Qingyue could see clearly, she was hugged tightly. Chu Chu had two cute little pigtails. She looked up at her with her eyes curved. Her jelly-like face was deformed by her hug. So cute. She wanted to pinch her cheeks.

"Ahem~" Madam Chu appeared in the living room at some point. Lan Qingyue felt embarrassed and quickly withdrew his hand.
