End of the book

End of the book

I have finally finished writing about the national team competition and I breathed a sigh of relief. I would like to take this opportunity to have a good chat with you all.

In fact, when I started writing the book, I had already thought about the plot of the national champions’ battle. At that time, I also knew that after this plot was released, the pace would definitely be very fast.

In fact, there was a big move before this book was put on the shelves. At that time, Su Yiming and the protagonist were arranged to play a quick chess game, and then have a peak showdown under the attention of everyone.

But many people became upset when they saw that the protagonist did not face Su Yiming in the final. Many people said they wanted to abandon the book. I was also greatly affected at the time and was afraid of losing readers.

But in the end I didn't change it and continued writing with gritted teeth.

Since this book was put on the shelves, many people have said that they would give up if they lost the game, which has put a lot of pressure on me. I have been thinking whether I should just change the outline and just go ahead with it. It's profitable, isn't it?

However, in the end, I decided to write according to my original idea, because I felt that this plot was necessary, and I was also mentally prepared for many people to abandon the book after I wrote it.

But I think that once the Chinese mobile war plot is all written, it should be fine.

When I first started writing the book and discussed this plot with my friends, I said that in the end, the chess game was won, and Zhuang Weisheng asked An Hongshi, if a person gave up what he was good at and chose what he was not good at, could he be defeated or even less likely to be defeated. I felt very excited when I thought of this scene, which was still a bit deep and sublimated! So after I posted the plot of the protagonist losing the chess game, I didn't dare to read the comments at all. I left it all to the operation and wrote it silently according to my own ideas.

It was not until the day before yesterday that someone told me that no one was scolding in the book review section and that they were all urging for updates. Only then did I dare to go and read the comments and look at the book's statistics.

Feeling relieved.

I looked at the follow-up reading and data. When I wrote the chapter about losing the game, I did lose a lot of favorites. But by the day before yesterday, not only did the collections and follow-up readings increase, but even the monthly votes and recommendations increased! Thank you for the readers who have persisted to read this far. I love you for never giving up! By now, everyone should have seen that the protagonist actually has a growth line. The growth line starts from the first loss of the game until the final complete compensation for the shortcomings, and the past life and the present life are integrated.

In my original setting, the protagonist's chess skills were close to the first generation AlphaGo, then close to the master, and finally to zero.

Because I always had to win, it was actually quite painful for me to write it. The book doesn't have any plot, it's all about finding different ways to win. I sometimes complain to my friends about it, saying that my protagonist is not an AI, so why can't he lose?

In my opinion, losing the game is necessary. First, it breaks the protagonist's undefeated streak, and the subsequent plot will be more exciting.

Many people have asked me before, why don’t I write more about the protagonist always winning? Well, now I can answer it. It’s because he always wins. If I keep writing about this and then lose, wouldn’t it be even more outrageous?

Second, of course, is the protagonist’s growth line.

Thirdly, it highlights Su Yiming. It is also for this reason that Su Yiming is specially written to see something that the protagonist cannot see.

Arranging the loss to Jiang Changdong was also intentional.

Although I have emphasized many times that Go is not about cultivating immortals, and that the Golden Elixir can crush the Foundation Establishment, and there are many uncertain factors, many people still think that the first one cannot lose to the second one.

This made it difficult for me to write, and I felt constrained.

According to this logic, Zhuang Weisheng is the best in China. If the protagonist beats Zhuang Weisheng, then he can't lose to anyone in China. So it's Jiang Changdong.

In fact, a lot of groundwork was laid in the beginning, from Jiang Changdong starting to pay attention to the protagonist in the Yingjiao Cup, to Jiang Changdong studying the protagonist's chess records with his friends, and so on.

Maybe Jiang Changdong is indeed not a match for Zhuang Weisheng, but in terms of understanding the protagonist's chess moves, Jiang Changdong is better than Zhuang Weisheng. Zhuang Weisheng did not study the protagonist's chess moves enough, so Jiang Changdong defeated the protagonist in the first national master match, while Zhuang Weisheng could not win.

This is my general idea. I use this plot to break the golden body that the second place cannot beat the first place, so that the subsequent plot can be better developed.

Then I played the last game of the national team match and said goodbye to my past self. This is also something I wanted to write about for a long time, but I kept holding it back. Now I finally wrote it!

This farewell battle can be regarded as a major turning point in the book. The protagonist will then run all the way, breaking away from the past and looking forward to the future!

The day before yesterday, I saw a comment saying that in recent chapters, I felt like I had just finished reading the book. I was moved to tears. I felt the same way. I was numb from reading the previous chapters and had no passion at all.

I finally finished writing today, and I am quite satisfied with this plot. Anyway, I have written down what I wanted to write. As for those who really can't accept it and want to abandon the book, there is nothing I can do. Woohoo, I'll continue reading later!

Okay, the next plot is Su Yiming's chess master battle, and Yu Shao vs. Su Yiming. Write it well and let the readers vote for it. Come on, Tukuai, don't be lazy! I didn't dare to ask for monthly votes before, but I will ask for it today! (End of this chapter)
