Chapter 94 Playing Rogue

Mu Hengshi took a long time to slowly utter, "I am a person who admires him. Please tell me where he is." The secretary clearly felt that Mu Hengshi's momentum weakened a bit when he said this.

The secretary said this when he saw Mu Heng, thinking he was a good person, so he didn't hide anything. "There's a flat area on the mountain where you can go. Mr. Song and his men are stationed there. If you go there now, they might not have entered the mountain to search for people yet," he said, catching up with the team.

Mu Hengshi looked at the frost-covered forest and plunged in without hesitation. He didn't bring many people with him, and before setting off, he asked people to deliver supplies and equipment. It would take some time for the people behind him to arrive, but he couldn't wait any longer.

After traveling for a long time, they finally saw a few scattered tents on a flat ground. "Song Qingmo!" Mu Hengshi shouted anxiously and ran over quickly. However, except for a few people guarding the camp, Song Qingmo and the others had already gone into the mountains.

Seeing the newcomers, everyone in the camp was very alert. But when they saw Mu Heng so anxiously asking them about Song Qingmo's whereabouts, they also understood that he was here to help them. "Mr. Song, they have already entered the mountains. They have been walking for more than 20 minutes. It is almost dark now. They should be back soon."

Mu Hengshi looked at the snow that was gradually falling again, gritted his teeth and looked deeply into the mountain, "Let's go into the mountains."

After hastily changing into his equipment, Mu Hengshi was about to leave when Song Qingmo and the others turned back. When he saw Mu Hengshi, Song Qingmo raised his eyes in surprise, but then he didn't look at Mu Hengshi again. He took care of the teammate who accidentally got his leg pierced by a branch under the snow.

"Song Qingmo, are you okay?" Because Song Qingmo had just entered the mountain and turned back, his body was still soaked in snow water. Because the heat was greater than before, steam began to rise from his body.

"This is none of your business." Song Qingmo walked into his camp, intending to change his wet down jacket. Mu Hengshi followed behind Song Qingmo, who turned around and rolled his eyes at him, "Don't you understand what I'm saying? Besides, why are you following me?"

"I came here in a hurry and didn't bring a tent. Besides, it's getting dark today and I probably won't be able to go down. Can I squeeze in with you for one night?" Mu Hengshi softened his tone and looked at Song Qingmo with sparkling eyes, like a puppy begging for accommodation.

Song Qingmo had let himself go now. He didn't need to be polite. "Oh! No, there are so many tents. You'll have to squeeze in with the others. I'm used to being the boss and don't like living with others." He said as he pulled the tent curtain shut.

Mu Hengshi was frustrated, but he was not discouraged. He just stood outside the tent and found out the whole story. Song Qingmo took the risk of being trapped in the mountains just to save a man.

He felt strangely unbalanced. Although he knew he had no right to do so, he harbored a grudge against the man he had never met before. It would be best if he didn't find him. As he thought about it, he kicked his feet, sending up a flurry of snow. Like a child, he angrily tore at the white snow outside the tent.

"Psycho!" Song Qingmo looked outside worriedly while changing his clothes, and saw the dark figure outside the station walking back and forth, his feet shaking up and down, raising clouds of white snow.

Mu Hengshi was still waiting outside for Song Qingmo to come out when he saw him squatting there, looking aggrieved and pitiful. But it was none of his business. He had been told to go to another tent. Mu Hengshi, under the pretext of being out of supplies, shamelessly ran to Song Qingmo's side and had dinner. Qingmo ignored him the entire time he was escorting him. Night fell, and the sky was still covered with white snow.

They built a bonfire in the center of the camp. In the flickering light of the bonfire, Mu Hengshi stared at Song Qingmo who was in a daze, as if he wanted to make up for all the longing he had for not seeing him in the past few days.

Song Qingmo threw the stick in his hand that was poking fire into the fire, clapped his hands and stood up, "Everyone have a good rest and continue searching in the mountains tomorrow." Then he walked into the tent alone.

Mu Hengshi didn't chase after him because of the problem of where to stay tonight. When Song Qingmo was about to fall asleep, a voice came from outside the tent, "Song Qingmo, the other people's tents are already crowded. There is no place for me. Can I join you?"

Song Qingmo turned over irritably and pulled the quilt over his head. What did he say? He couldn't hear it and didn't bother to care.

Seeing that Song Qingmo ignored him, Mu Hengshi started talking again outside the tent, "You probably don't want me to freeze to death here, right? If I do, my parents might give you trouble. After all, you hate trouble the most..." He kept on talking for a long time. Song Qingmo couldn't stand it anymore and pulled the quilt away angrily. Noticing that he was a little cold, he put on the quilt next to him and wrapped himself up again. He put on his shoes, walked to the edge of the tent, and pulled open the curtain, stopping Mu Hengshi's disturbing behavior.

Mu Hengshi smiled at him, his face pale from the cold, his eyelashes stained with frost, like a prince in the snow, though this prince was a bit disheveled. Mu Hengshi's smile dispelled much of the coldness on his face. Song Qingmo was stunned for a moment, then said, "You have no place to live, are you kidding me? With your financial resources and skills, how could you end up without a place to sleep?"

"You know, I'm a bit of a germaphobe. I won't sleep in the same place with anyone else except you." Mu Hengshi's words sounded a bit ambiguous. Song Qingmo didn't respond.

"Then just freeze. You're almost frozen to death. You still have the mood to talk about this. It seems that there is nothing wrong with your body." Song Qingmo rolled his eyes. This guy is really sick. Where does he have the nerve to think that I would let him in and sleep in the same tent with me?

Just as he was about to go back, Mu Hengshi suddenly fell to the ground, his face even paler than before. Song Qingmo wanted to kick the fallen man with his foot. Could he be acting? However, falling to the ground without caring about his image seemed somewhat realistic. Thinking about it, it would be a bit immoral to kick him. Song Qingmo silently retracted his outstretched foot.

"Mu Hengshi, what's wrong with you? I'm telling you, I won't care about you. Don't even think about trying to scam me." Song Qingmo squatted down, looking at Mu Hengshi, whose eyes were closed but whose eyelashes were trembling slightly. Realizing that something was wrong, Song Qingmo temporarily helped him back into the tent and touched Mu Hengshi's forehead. It wasn't hot. Song Qingmo felt that he had been deceived by Mu Hengshi and was about to shovel him out and throw him to the ground.

Just as Song Qingmo was about to move, Mu Hengshi's hand had reached Song Qingmo's and tightly grasped it. After finally shaking it off, Song Qingmo's eyes were about to spit fire. "I'll count to 123. If you don't get up, I'll be rude to you."
