Sister Hua

Sister Hua

Hearing Li Pingan mention the painting in the corridor, Jiu Qi glanced at her with a complicated look, "How did you get into the painting?"

Although there were paintings hanging in the corridor outside, only one of them had the ability to lead people in, and Li Ping'an happened to come across that painting.

Hearing Jiu Qi's question, Li Ping'an took it as his tacit agreement that the painting was his. "I just took a look at it twice." She was not lying. She really just stood in front of the painting and took a few glances.

"Then you are quite lucky." Jiu Qi said this in a sarcastic tone.

When Li Pingan heard this, he felt that he was being mocked. Seeing that he was still holding the teacup, he asked, "How come you didn't get burned to death?"

Jiu Qi looked at the teacup in his hand, then looked at Li Ping'an in front of him, then raised the cup, pinched Li Ping'an's chin, and poured water into it.

Li Ping'an couldn't struggle free and was forced to drink the water.

"Look, it's not hot anymore." After seeing Li Ping'an finish drinking the water, Jiu Qi let go of his hand and held up the empty cup to show Li Ping'an.

Li Ping'an was almost choked to death by the saliva. He covered his chest and coughed continuously.

Jiu Qi stood up, lowered his eyes, and looked at Li Pingan, "You stay here, and I will take you away in a day."

Li Pingan heard the subtext of this sentence and widened his eyes. "Who asked you to take me? I can go back by myself."

"This is not up to you." After Jiu Qi put the teacup on the table, he turned and left, locking Li Pingan, who was dancing and expressing his dissatisfaction, in the house.

Li Ping'an watched Jiu Qi's figure disappear in the room, but his expression did not change much. After all, she could leave by herself. Li Ping'an touched the dagger in his arms with his gauze-wrapped hand.

Wait a little longer, wait for Jiuqi to leave, wait until you have recovered a little, then leave.

Jiu Qi stood at the door, looking at the paintings in the corridor. Suddenly, all the frames shook violently, and then fell to the ground one by one, leaving only one.

The headless girl squatted by the river and seemed to be fishing something out of the water.

Jiuqi walked up to the painting, passed through the frame, and came into the painting.

After standing there and watching quietly for a while, Jiu Qi suddenly raised his hand and grabbed the neck of the person in front of him.

The headless girl struggled weakly, her tender white hands slapping Jiuqi's hands without leaving even a mark, as if she was a girl being bullied by a villain.

Jiu Qi snorted coldly upon seeing this, then tightened his grip. A blurry face appeared faintly, as if the person had realized that Jiu Qi was serious.

The man in front of him turned his hands into claws and reached towards Jiuqi's heart. At the same time, his tongue popped out of his mouth, trying to wrap it around Jiuqi's neck.

Seeing that he had finally given up pretending, Jiu Qi kicked him out and before he could stand up, he pressed his knee on him.

"Why, why?" Lei Jing raised the head that he was forced to transform into with his hands and asked in confusion. Didn't he say that as long as he could bewitch the person who came in, he wouldn't have to ask him about his meals?

Jiu Qi naturally knew what he had promised. Upon hearing this, he grabbed his hair and pulled his head up, "Are you going to eat her?"

If Lei Jing really ate Jiu Qi in this painting, Jiu Qi might not even know about it, but who made Lei Jing have other ideas?

Lei Jing realized that his behavior had been discovered and hurriedly explained, "I didn't. She jumped into the river on her own. I didn't take her there."

Lei Jing understood that no matter what, he must not let him know of his attempt to escape.

Jiu Qi naturally didn't come to listen to his explanation, but he didn't say much. He beat Lei Jing and left.

Jiuqi came out of the painting and looked back at the painting. The person squatting by the river was gone.

Li Ping'an still doesn't know that the headless girl he met in the painting is a boy. She is now struggling with the gate.

After confirming that Jiuqi had left, Li Pingan used the dagger in his hand and the "Exploding Octopus" to untie the chain on his feet.

Just when she thought she could leave smoothly again, she was blocked by the door.

Li Ping'an pushed the door again in disbelief, but the door still didn't move. That was not right, she remembered that it opened with one push last time.

Li Ping'an let himself slide from the door to the ground. Leaning against the door, Li Ping'an thought of the masked man. The door could be opened last time because he had been there.

Li Ping'an stood up, not believing it, and scratched the door handle with a dagger for a long time, but there was no response.

He had to find another way. Li Pingan was not discouraged. He stood up and walked to the window.

As if afraid that someone would fall from the building, the window in the room could only be opened a small gap. Li Pingan tried, but the best he could do was to stretch out his arm.

Li Ping'an tentatively used the dagger in his hand to pry the lock on the window, and it actually worked. Li Ping'an was delighted and pried it hard with the dagger.

Li Pingan was so focused that he didn't even notice the eyes of an owl ornament on the bedside table were rolling around.

Jiu Qi watched everything that happened in the house from the deck, then pulled the red string of "Cuckoo", looked at the group of corpses kneeling on the ground in front of him, and smiled.

After throwing out the last piece of thing, Li Ping'an pushed the window and it was clear.

Freedom, here I come, Li Pingan shouted in his heart as he jumped down.

The height was a bit high, and Li Ping'an's feet felt a little numb when he stepped on the ground. After resting for a few seconds, he limped forward.

After walking only two steps, Li Ping'an stopped. Although she lowered her head and the person in front of her only showed a pair of shoes and the hem of his clothes, Li Ping'an still recognized who was in front of her.

Li Ping'an kept his head down, trying to pretend that he didn't notice him. He turned around and took a step forward, trying to escape from this place, but was grabbed by someone.

With no other choice, Li Pingan looked up at Jiu Qi, and saw him staring at her with a smirk on his face, "You're so slow."

Li Pingan frowned when he heard this. Did he say this because he knew that he had escaped?

Jiu Qi did not continue the topic, but put his hand on Li Ping'an's shoulder and pulled Li Ping'an to the deck in a semi-threatening posture.

When Li Ping'an saw the scene on the deck, he rubbed his eyes in disbelief. What were these people doing?

He was kneeling on the ground with his head on the ground, in an extremely strange posture.

After Jiu Qi brought Li Ping'an here, he let her go, obviously not intending to stop her from going forward to check.

Li Pingan looked at Jiu Qi while walking up tentatively, and then stood in front of the Egyptian Pharaoh man. It was not that Li Pingan had a masochistic tendency, but after looking around, Li Pingan only had some intersection with the man in front of him.

Li Ping'an stood in front of him and called out a few times, but no one responded.

Li Ping'an thought for a while, then reached out to touch him. However, as soon as Li Ping'an's hand touched his shoulder, he fell backwards uncontrollably.

A face with all its blood and flesh sucked out, leaving only dry skin clinging to the bones, appeared in front of Li Ping'an. There was nothing in its black mouth and eye sockets.

Li Ping'an was startled by the unexpected scene and his hand retracted unconsciously. With a "bang", the sound of the corpse hitting the deck brought Li Ping'an back to consciousness.

Li Pingan stood up and looked at the people kneeling on the deck with a look of shock on his face. "He, they..."

"Do you want to check them one by one?" Jiu Qi suddenly came to her side and asked in a soft tone.

Li Pingan seemed to be shocked by these words. He quickly took two steps back and kept a distance from Jiu Qi. This man was too terrifying. Li Pingan had a new understanding of him.

Seeing Li Ping'an's eyes, Jiu Qi seemed a little puzzled, "Why are you afraid? I wouldn't do this to you."

In Jiuqi's opinion, since this group of people chose to board the ship, it meant that they were willing to put their lives on the line for the sake of profit and were willing to accept defeat.

But Li Ping'an didn't know that she was just a fledgling errand runner. Li Ping'an felt that the man in front of him was a lunatic, and even some of his ideas and practices were something Li Ping'an would never understand. Then, Li Ping'an thought of the medieval noblewoman, who was one of the few people on the ship who treated her well.

Thinking of this, Li Ping'an began to walk around on the deck. Whenever he saw someone wearing similar clothes, he would suppress his fear and confirm it.

Fortunately, Li Ping'an looked around and didn't see her, so he couldn't help but breathe a sigh of relief.

Seeing Li Ping'an's actions, Jiu Qi said considerately: "Are you looking for the woman who helped you escape?"

When Li Pingan heard his words, he immediately stared at him, his eyes revealing wariness and warning, "What did you do to her?"

Jiu Qi spread his hands and said, "I don't know, it depends on her luck." As long as she is not too greedy and does not fall into the hands of "Dujuan", it should not be too difficult to stay alive.

Li Ping'an couldn't care less about all these things now, and she ran away. She just heard the sound of fighting coming from there.

Jiu Qi did not stop him. As long as Li Ping'an was on this boat, he would not be able to escape from his control.

Li Ping'an had just arrived and before he had time to see if the medieval noblewoman was there, he felt a flash of white light in front of his eyes, followed by tinnitus. In the vast white fog, Li Ping'an seemed to see an angel, whose whole body was white, but he could not see the face clearly.

While Li Ping'an was still in a daze, someone suddenly grabbed his hand and pulled him away.

Li Ping'an could see the person in front of her mouth opening and closing, but she couldn't hear a word.

Sister Hua looked at Li Ping'an's dazed look and knew that she was stunned by what happened just now.

But it was not advisable to stay here for long, so Sister Hua had to drag Li Ping'an to her hiding place. In the dim environment, Li Ping'an picked her ears. She seemed to hear the "boom" sound of the machine, vague and blurry.

Gradually, the sound became clearer and clearer. Li Pingan breathed a sigh of relief, fortunately he was not deafened by the explosion.

"What brought you here?"

The voice was familiar, "Sister Medieval Lady?"
