Chapter 20

Chapter 20

He knelt down very quickly and cried very loudly, which immediately stunned everyone around him. Even the king and queen who were sitting on the throne could not say anything more serious.

The atmosphere suddenly eased.

"It's good that you're back."

The king smiled.

"Since the prince is back safely, I will go to deal with other things. You can reminisce slowly."

The king said and left quickly. After turning around, the expression on his face became sinister, and he murmured: "Damn it, didn't he die outside? How can a dead person come back?

If I had known this, I should have sent someone to kill him myself.

The people outside are really a bunch of garbage."

He walked away angrily, and the queen came down from her high seat, walked to Araki, took his hand and said with a smile: "I'm so glad you're back.

You don't know how happy I am to see you back."

Araki thought to himself, but he didn't see it.

But he maintained a superficial peace and smiled.

"What are your plans after you come back? Continue with your previous work or take a break?"

the queen asked concernedly.

"Your Majesty, do you have any plans? If not, I will make my own plans. I think it is not necessary to tell Your Majesty about my plans. That would be too troublesome.

Your Majesty has so many things to do every day. You should concentrate on what you should do.

I will not trouble Your Majesty to worry about me.

I am not a two or three-year-old child anymore."

Araki smiled and pulled back the hand that was grabbed by the queen.

The queen wanted to grab him again, but he was stronger. She staggered and could only tidy up her hair. Then she laughed awkwardly: "You are not a child of two or three years old.

But you will always be a child in my eyes. You must remember that I love you forever. You can come to me anytime if you have anything. I will make arrangements for you."

Araki nodded: "I need to rest now, so please move aside. I will go to pay my respects to you two after I finish my own business."

The queen could only nod.

Araki took Green away, and the others took the leader away. The man was locked in a room. He took the initiative to ask to go to the prison, saying that it might be safer there.

So he was transferred to the prison.

But the people arranged by the queen had been waiting for him there. As soon as he had his meal, he was poisoned to death. The queen was relieved when she heard that the person had been silenced.

"That damn boy doesn't look like my son at all. It's fine if he doesn't side with me, but he always opposes me. He should have died outside earlier. Why is he back again?"

The queen talked to herself, and a smile gradually appeared on her face: "It doesn't matter. He will die. If he doesn't want to die, I will pave the way for him.

I just put everything back on track. He should have died a long time ago."

Hearing that Araki brought someone back from outside to take care of him personally, the queen's eyes turned, and she wanted to make Green her own person, so that it would be much easier to attack Araki later.

At the beginning, the queen showed her dislike for Green to other servants, and the other servants rushed to try to bully Green in places where Araki couldn't see.

Some servants thought that they could get the queen's appreciation by doing so, while some thought that since the queen didn't like the newcomer anyway, it would be okay to bully him a bit, and it would be a good way to vent their anger.

Therefore, Araki gave Green a loaf of bread during the day, and found at noon that Green's food had been snatched away. The people who snatched the food surrounded Green and tried to push him.

Araki walked over with a frown, and the servants farther away immediately scattered, while the servants near Green couldn't run away for a while, so they had to kneel down and beg for mercy.

"I didn't know that you were the masters of this palace. Green is my savior and my personal attendant. He is closer to you than you in terms of relationship and rank.

You actually bullied him. Do you think I'm blind?"

Araki asked, standing in front of them and pulling Green up.

"We didn't bully him. We just wanted to play a joke on him. We didn't expect the prince to misunderstand us. If you don't believe us, you can ask him."

The kneeling servant said.

They didn't admit it and wanted to put the blame on him.

They probably thought that if Green didn't want to be bullied by them more, he had to follow their words.

For a moment, everyone was staring at Green.

Araki also looked at Green: "Is it as they said?"

Green shook his head: "No, they just stole my things."

Araki nodded and smiled: "It seems I was not wrong."

He looked at the servant kneeling on the ground, and the servant hurriedly lowered his head and heard him say: "You think I am deaf and blind, and bully my people in front of me. This is really too much.

I can't think of any reason for me to pardon you.

Do you know what will happen to you according to the rules?

The crime of rebellion and deceiving the emperor is enough for me to behead you.

But I don't want to kill anyone now. How do you think I should deal with you?"

"How about ten boards?"

"Ten slaps are fine."

"Cut half of our money this year."

They answered hurriedly.

Araki smiled and said, "Then do as you said."

He pulled Green to eat with him.

"Isn't this inappropriate?"

Green asked.

"Nothing is inappropriate."

Araki replied.

On the way, they saw the queen rushing over.

"Your Majesty, what do you want to do?"

Araki asked with a smile.

"Nothing, I heard that your servants here are not following the rules, so I came to see you."

The queen smiled.

"That matter has been dealt with. You should go back to have dinner."

Araki said with a smile.

After that, he pulled Green away.

The queen's face darkened and she gritted her teeth and said, "Damn it, he got there first. Now their relationship will only get better, not worse. That person can't help me.

I have to think of other ways."

The queen immediately asked the maid to ask the kitchen to make a small plum jam cake. During afternoon tea, she took the cake and went to see Green when Araki was away.

"I heard that someone bullied you. I didn't expect such a thing to happen in the palace. I'm giving you a gift to apologize on their behalf. Just accept this cake."

The queen put the cake on the table, unwrapped it and pushed it to Green.

"Your Majesty, there is no need to be so polite. It is their fault if they make mistakes. What does it have to do with Your Majesty?

Unless Your Majesty instructed them to make mistakes, but Your Majesty is a good person, how could she do such a thing?

Your Majesty the Queen is kind and merciful, so there is no need to consider them like this. Even if you apologize for them today, they will make the same mistake again another day. Not only will they not be grateful, they will also complain.

Besides, isn't it normal to be punished for making mistakes? Your Majesty

, please take back this cake."

Green smiled and gently pushed the cake back.

The queen shook her head, cut the cake in front of him and put it on his plate: "If they make mistakes in the palace, it's my fault for not disciplining them strictly. I should apologize to you on their behalf. If

you don't accept these things, it means you don't forgive me. If

you eat this in front of me, the matter will be over, isn't that good?"

The queen said, scooping a spoonful of cake and handing it to Green.

Green took the cake and said with a smile: "Thank you. The prince punished those people because he showed his sympathy for me. I can't forgive them without authorization. I have to ask the prince for his opinion on this matter.

I will accept the cake .

Your Majesty, please leave here first.

His Royal Highness does not like to see other people appear in the room when he just wakes up

. Your Majesty loves His Royal Highness so much, you must not have the heart to let him bear the reputation of having a bad temper, right?" The queen gritted her teeth, nodded and smiled: "Okay, since you accepted the cake, then I will leave."

After walking out, the queen snorted coldly: "You will die if you go against me."

After that, she walked away.

Araki walked out of the rest room, saw the cake and asked Green: "You are not really going to eat it, are you?"

Green shook his head.

Araki breathed a sigh of relief and asked a pharmacist to come over.

After checking the cake, the pharmacist said, "There is a drug in it that can make people obedient. The person who eats the cake will listen to anything the first person who gives him an order says."

Araki sneered, "What a good plan. If you don't die after eating it, don't make a fuss about it. If you are obedient after eating it, then this matter will not be exposed. If you don't eat it, you can say that someone else did it."

Green smiled and said, "It doesn't matter, anyway, you didn't really eat it."

"I want you to read fairy tales to me tonight. You are not allowed to stop until I say stop. If I can't hear your voice, I can't sleep."

Araki said, pulling Green .

"Okay."

Green replied with a smile.

"I want you to make cakes for me to eat. I also want you to make flowers for me. I want to decorate my room as if you are always there."

Araki said.

"Okay."

Green replied.

Araki still has two classes to go to before night.

One painting class, one music class.

After the painting class, Araki asked Green to be his model and painted a portrait of Green. Unfortunately, he was interrupted when he was almost done.

The servant knocked on the door and said that the queen had asked him to come.

"Her Majesty the Queen said, don't forget to go to the next class, and she will always love you."

The servant whispered.

Araki opened the door with a dark face and took Green to the next class.

The music class was divided into instrumental music and singing. Araki sang Twinkle Twinkle Little Star for Green and played a song for Green. When it was almost over, he was interrupted again.

The servant knocked on the door and said, "Her Majesty the Queen wants to see you and invite you to dinner. She also said that she loves you forever."

Araki sighed and pulled Green out: "I wanted to have dinner with you tonight."

Green smiled and said, "It's okay. We can have dinner together tomorrow morning."

Araki nodded: "Then give me a flower now."

"But I don't have flowers now."

Green whispered.

"I want it now. I want to show it to all of them. I have friends, I don't need them."

Araki said.

"Okay."

Green smiled.
