Sanning, "?"
Why are these three little ones sticking to her?
"Is there something wrong with them?"
She hesitated, glancing at Emmanuel and the others; the three of them were also confused about what was going on.
After a moment's thought, Emmanuel said, "Maybe, maybe they're just naturally clingy!"
This answer is practically meaningless.
But let's leave things as they are if we don't understand them.
Stick to it if you want, it won't hurt you anyway.
But soon, Sang Ning realized that she had put her mind at ease too soon.
Being clung to by the little one won't hurt you, but it turns you into a wet nurse, or you could call her a nanny.
I want to sleep with her at night, and during the day I either want her to hold me or I want to climb on her head.
Don't let their chubby appearance fool you; these three little rascals are surprisingly agile.
Before you know it, it leaps onto you, its claws like they're coated in superglue, clinging to you so tightly you can't pull it off.
Sang Ning stumbled as the little brat jumped onto her back once again. If Elliott hadn't caught her in time, she would have fallen.
He fell face down.
Now she was truly enraged. She straightened up and let Elliott take the cub away. Then she ran over to the male horned dinosaur father, who was carrying cotton, and angrily said, "Brother, can you take your cub with you?"
"With its weight, it can jump up from behind and pounce on me all the time. I really can't handle it."
The horned dragon father couldn't understand her words, but like the cub, it liked the scent emanating from Sang Ning.
So, upon hearing Sang Ning's words, it raised its head and nuzzled her with its big head before continuing to run forward with cheerful steps.
The cotton, weighing several hundred kilograms, looked like a small hill on its back because of its fluffiness, yet it seemed to feel no weight at all, as if it were carrying a leaf, and its steps were incredibly light.
As it ran, its mother, a horned dinosaur also carrying cotton, followed suit.
Then, the couple started running like they were in a race, each speeding up as the other sped up.
"Slow down, slow down."
They ran too fast, covering a considerable distance in the blink of an eye, and Sang Ning and the others immediately sprinted after them.
As a result, the horned dinosaur couple went berserk and accelerated again.
Helpless, Sang Ning and his team could only speed up.
Then, the viewers in the live stream were dumbfounded as they watched them run and run and run, feeling somewhat dazed.
So, what exactly is going on here?
The events weren't complicated; to summarize simply, it ran, they chased, and it had no chance of escape!
[This summary is simple and clear enough, but it might be wrong. The idea that there's no escape is unfounded. With the horned dragon's speed, agility, and stamina, if it were truly determined to run, Sang Ning and his group wouldn't be able to catch it.]
They simply couldn't catch up; even the fastest of them all, Emmanuel, couldn't outrun the horned dragon couple.
The three cubs and a subadult hornedosaur watched their parents run away and chased after them with loud cries, but they couldn't catch up either.
When Sang Ning and the others caught up, panting heavily, all three cubs were exhausted and collapsed on the ground. The sub-adult horned dragon sat on the ground with its long legs spread apart, its eyes filled with tears as it stared in the direction its parents had gone.
Sang Ning and the others exclaimed, "!!!"
They look a little pitiful.
"Come on, don't be sad, they won't abandon you."
Emmanuel patted the head of the subadult ceratopsian and pulled it up, signaling it to continue walking.
The horned dragon raised its head at him and followed him dejectedly.
Sanning, "ยทยทยท"
Sang Ning has been entangled with another little brat.
I want a hug.
Louis and Elliott each took one, and Elliott originally wanted to take the last one too, but unexpectedly, the little rascal started playing hide-and-seek with him.
Even though he was panting like a dog with his tongue lolling out, he still had the energy to use Sanning as an obstacle to dodge Elliot's hands.
After failing to catch the cub several times, Elliott gave up. He straightened up, looked at Sanning who looked utterly dejected, and said helplessly, "Why don't you hold it?"
Sang Ning looked down, and the little brat was hugging her leg and looking up at her. The moment their eyes met, the little brat's eyes lit up, and at the same time he raised his voice loudly at her.
Sang Ning sighed, "Okay, that'll do!"
She resigned herself to her fate, bent down, scooped up the little one, and held him in her arms. The little guy immediately and consciously adjusted to a comfortable position in her arms and started to doze off.
It fell asleep in no time, its breathing so heavy it was almost like someone snoring. Not only that, it even started blowing bubbles from its nostrils.
Sang Ning was so disgusted with it that she wanted to throw it away, mainly because it was such a small but incredibly heavy lump.
However, thinking of the protective nature of the horned dinosaur couple towards their cubs, she took a deep breath, "They're a real handful."
"We shouldn't have taken them all at once."
"We should find two single horned dinosaurs to do the hard labor."
Elliott was both amused and exasperated upon hearing this. "Ceratopsians are territorial saurids with a strong tendency to exclude others. According to their habits, there can only be one adult ceratopsian or a family ceratopsian in a given area."
"If another horned dinosaur invades the territory of another horned dinosaur, it will be a fierce battle, the kind of fierce battle that will not end in a fight to the death."
"Therefore, it's unrealistic for you to suggest finding two single horned dragons."
Hearing his earnest explanation, Sang Ning felt a little embarrassed. "Sorry, I was just saying it casually. I really didn't mean to criticize you."
"I didn't take it to heart."
As Elliott walked, he asked her, "Can you still hold on? If you can't, just say so. Don't push yourself."
"The journey back is still long, don't tire yourself out."
Louis agreed, "Oli is right. We've only been traveling for two days. The rest of the journey will take at least a few more days. If you can't keep up, just get on the back of the horned dragon and let it carry you."
Sang Ning hummed in agreement. "I can still manage for now. As long as I don't run around like crazy like before, I can hold on for another two or three hours without any problem."
Before Louis and Elliott could react to her words, the audience erupted in uproar.
I've always wondered, were primitive humans really that physically strong?
I didn't realize it until it was mentioned that ever since Sang Ning and the others found the horned dragons to do manual labor, she had walked the entire way on her own two legs without ever complaining about the hardship or fatigue.
Of course, that's not the point. The point is that she didn't fall behind; instead, she stayed firmly with the main group throughout the entire process.
With that stamina and speed, it's no exaggeration to say that I feel Sang Ning is no less capable than me, someone who has undergone genetic modification.
Don't be surprised. After all, this is someone who can walk for hours in the mountains, climb over a mountain, and find the sea. This shows that Sang Ning's physical strength has always been quite good.
The comment above makes sense; someone with poor physical constitution wouldn't have been able to survive on planet E72.
