Gerald responded with an "oh," indicating his understanding.
"Don't worry, I'll definitely use it well."
"I'm aiming to have my hair grow back within a week."
Qin Yan and the others felt that it was hard to say whether the hair would grow back within a week.
It turns out that hair really can grow back.
On the third night after diligently applying the ointment, Gerald felt an itch on his scalp while he was asleep, an itch so intense that his head felt like it was going to explode.
He subconsciously reached out to scratch, but the sensation on his fingertips was wrong, and he was instantly jolted awake from his dazed state.
"Wife, wife, wake up!"
Touching his scalp, it really did feel rough, but since he couldn't see the top of his head, Gerald didn't know what it looked like. He threw back the covers and wanted to get out of bed to look in the mirror.
He then saw his wife sleeping next to him and immediately reached out to wake her up.
The blonde, blue-eyed beauty Bridget glared at him with eyes blazing with fury, gritting her teeth as she said, "You'd better be in trouble, or I'll break your legs."
"Something's up."
As he spoke, he shoved the top of his head in front of her eyes, "Wife, can you help me see if I've grown hair?"
"How is this possible? Holy crap..."
Before she could finish her sentence, Bridget couldn't help but swear when she saw Gerald's scalp. She stared wide-eyed in disbelief and murmured, "This is not scientific."
When I touched it with my fingers, it did feel rough.
"It's really grown?"
"Well, not really."
After hesitating for two seconds, Bridget said, "But your hair follicles have indeed returned to normal, and some hair is starting to sprout. It will probably take some time before they completely emerge."
"Stubble sprouting means I have hair, and hair means I'll transform into a handsome guy again. Once I'm a handsome guy, I can become the most popular person in the world..."
At the critical moment, Gerald, who had been muttering to himself with a look of delight, stopped talking. He looked up and, sure enough, his wife was staring at him intently, as if she wanted to kill him.
"Wife, wife, listen to me, I was just talking nonsense."
"Do you think I believe you?" Bridget cracked her knuckles and smiled. "Would you rather behave yourself, or should I discipline you?"
"able······"
"cannot!"
Bridget chuckled, not giving him a chance to speak. "Whatever you're thinking, it's impossible. Behave yourself and don't force me to teach you a lesson."
"I...I'll go by myself!"
Gerald left with a look of grief and indignation, muttering to himself, "If I had known my wife was so powerful, I wouldn't have been seduced by her beauty in the first place."
I regret it.
However, it was too late for regrets.
Two minutes later, Gerald returned to the bedroom carrying a basin-like container filled with water to show his wife, saying solicitously, "Honey, how about this?"
"OK!"
Bridget nodded slightly at the foot of the bed and smiled, “Let’s begin.”
"Okay!"
So Gerald stood against the wall with a container of water on his head until dawn.
Then, his cervical spondylosis flared up.
The pain was excruciating, and Bridget was heartbroken. She regretted it deeply and said, "If I had known it would trigger your illness, I wouldn't have used this trick on you."
"It's nothing to do with you... it's okay."
Seeing his wife's tears welling up, Gerald stiffened his neck and said, "Don't worry, let's go find Sang Ning. She cured Qin Yan's cervical spondylosis before."
"Can this be cured?"
Bridget stared wide-eyed in disbelief.
"Yes, we're going there now."
"Come on, come on, we'll go get you treated right away."
So, while Sang Ning was still waiting for feedback at the Qin family manor, he was greeted by Gerald and his wife, who came to ask for his help.
Upon learning their purpose, Sang Ning stated frankly, "The treatment is definitely not a problem, but as you know, sir, according to the agreement, you need to provide me with the product testing and analysis results and feedback before 2 PM today, and then I will head home."
The implication is that they delayed her from getting home and therefore need to pay for her treatment.
The couple were both intelligent and immediately understood what she meant.
"Money is not a problem. We are willing to offer a generous gift as compensation for Ms. Sang's late return."
That solves the problem.
"Let's talk about the consultation fee."
She held up one finger, "This number."
"no problem."
Gerald readily agreed.
So, Sang Ning looked at Qin Yan and asked, "Great Qin, shall we make the arrangements?"
"If I help you make arrangements, you should give me something in return."
Qin Yan bluntly stated, "I am a businessman. A qualified businessman will only make a move if there is a profit to be made. Otherwise, he won't even give you a crack in the window, let alone a door."
What do you want?
"I want an embroidered handkerchief, and I have my own ideas for the embroidery design."
"Tell me your thoughts first, and I'll see if I should agree to your request."
"Embroider my face on it."
"Pfft~~~"
Qin Heng and his group, who were drinking water and eating breakfast, immediately started choking on water and coughing.
Everyone was stunned by his words.
Even Gerald and his wife stared at him in disbelief.
How narcissistic must one be to think of embroidering their own face onto a handkerchief?
"Um, I have a question."
Sang Ning looked at Qin Yan with a serious expression, as if he were an alien, and asked, "What is the main purpose of the embroidered handkerchief you want to embroider your face?"
"Wash your face? Or blow your nose or something?"
Qin Yan's face turned green. What the hell was this about washing his face and blowing his nose? He was a handsome and dashing man, and he would never do something so unseemly.
"Can't I keep it to admire?"
Glancing at her sideways, Qin Yan said with an air of arrogance, "Just tell me if you can embroider it or not?"
"able!"
Qin Yan was satisfied and said to Qin Heng, "Remember to bring me back the embroidered handkerchief when you come back."
Without waiting for Qin Heng's reply, he turned to Ellie and instructed, "Go and make the arrangements."
"Yes, sir."
Half an hour later, Gerald lay down on the bed, with Bridget and Qin Yan watching.
After loosening his wrist, Sang Ning quickly set Gerald's bones and then prickled him up like a hedgehog.
"I am amazed no matter how many times I see this scene."
Looking at the slightly trembling gold needles on Gerald's back, Fimmonloa sighed, "I wonder what it's like to get needles inserted."
Qin Yan has the right to speak on this topic. Having experienced it firsthand, he chimed in, "I didn't feel anything when I was getting the needled in, and I didn't feel anything in the early stages after the needled in. I felt a little bit of it in the middle and later stages."
"The feeling was strongest after the needle was removed. The feeling of relaxation throughout my body was like being reborn, and I felt relaxed from the inside out."
Bridget's eyes lit up instantly, and she leaned closer, asking, "Does this injection have to be given when you're sick?"
Something doesn't feel right about what I'm saying.
Everyone turned to look at her, including Gerald.
He lay on the bed, twisting his neck, and said, "Wife, don't tell me you want to get it done too."
