After being brainwashed by Emmanuel, Dominic decided to learn sculpture.
However, he is now a one-armed man, in a stage where he has the will but not the ability, and even if he wants to learn, he has no way to learn.
But Uncle Shuigen agreed to give it a try once his arm was healed.
He didn't say he would take him on as an apprentice, he just said he would give it a try and see his talent first.
We only accept students with good talent; we won't accept those without talent, even if they offer tuition.
Uncle Shuigen was very insistent on this point.
Dominic accepted it and thought Uncle Shuigen was professional, confidently saying that he must have talent.
Uncle Shuigen neither confirmed nor denied this.
Sang Ning and the others had a similar attitude. Talent is something that you can't just have whenever you want; everyone's talent points are different.
You can't just decide what kind of talent you want and then have that kind of talent.
Dominic was so confident that even the confident Sang Ning and the others couldn't bear to say anything bad to discourage him.
After leaving Uncle Shuigen's place, Sang Ning, fulfilling his duty as host, began to lead a group of people on a tour of the planet.
Qin Heng stayed with her, while Emmanuel and Elliott had to fulfill their duties as teachers and wouldn't leave their posts until the day they were to depart.
Improvement Zone 1 has now undergone a major transformation.
The once endless yellow sand has disappeared, replaced by a vast, boundless paradise of vegetation.
The grass grows incredibly lushly because it is a plant adapted to desert areas. It has undergone genetic modification and can be considered a new variety of grass.
These grasses have long, slender, and extremely tough leaves, and numerous, equally resilient roots that can take root very deep underground and gather sand.
Now these grasses are over a meter tall, growing in clumps and clusters. When the wind blows, their slender leaves begin to sway, turning the entire grassland into a green ocean.
The grassland is surrounded by rows of poplar trees, native plants of planet E72, along with cacti, thorn vines and other plants that have guarded their homeland for tens of thousands of years without any mutations.
Before the soil was improved, these poplars could not grow to a large scale, and each one was malnourished, giving people the feeling that they would die at any time.
Now it has changed dramatically, growing lush and verdant.
The poplar trees are surrounded by cacti.
It is well known that cacti are not particularly attractive in appearance, but their flowers are extremely beautiful.
This is the season for cacti to bloom. Large swathes of cacti are covered in flowers, ranging in size from the size of a baby's fist to the size of a large bowl.
Each one is a different color, more delicate and eye-catching than the last.
Upon seeing the cacti, Lois exclaimed in amazement, "These flowers are so beautiful."
Sang Ning hummed in agreement, "It is indeed beautiful."
"For sale?"
Why do I want to buy everything I see?
As for cacti...
"It's not easy to grow!"
Sang Ning said earnestly, "Even if it survives, there's a possibility of mutation."
"I know."
Each planet has its own magnetic field, and differences in magnetic fields and changes in the environment can cause organisms to mutate.
It's possible that the cactus might mutate if she takes it back, but that's not a reason for her to back down.
Holding Sang Ning's hand, Lois looked at her with her big, expectant eyes, "I accept the mutation, because I really love their flowers."
Now that things have come to this point, how could Sang Ning refuse?
Absolutely not.
but--
"I'll leave it at that. If you really like them, I'll give you two each when you leave."
"Okay, okay."
Receiving a gift is naturally a happy thing.
However, their joy lasted only two seconds before Qin Heng poured cold water on their enthusiasm.
"What a load of crap! None of you applied for vegetation protection permits. Even if Sang Ning gave them to you, you couldn't take them back."
Instead, they would be detained when the starship entered or left port.
"I want to apply for a vegetation protection permit as soon as possible."
Then, in an extremely irritating tone, he added, "But I reckon it won't work; the Starfleet Administration won't approve it for you."
Why wasn't it approved?
Sang Ning asked in bewilderment, "We brought back so many seedlings and seeds from the Central Star, and the Star Navigation Administration approved it."
"Lois and the others should be fine taking a few cacti back with them."
"Other planets are probably fine, but E72 is not."
At this point, Qin Heng said with some difficulty in explaining, "It's mainly because the creatures here are too fierce."
Initially, only a small number of pure humans ventured out, but they managed to establish themselves and forcefully integrate into the ranks of the major intelligent races.
The plants and animals that were taken out were even more remarkable, with an astonishingly strong ability to survive.
The core magnetic field is not suitable for survival. No problem, we can adjust our genes to easily adapt to the core magnetic field of other planets.
It's okay if you can't absorb the nutrients from different foods; you'll adapt eventually.
If we can't defeat the native creatures, then we'll become stronger and seize their territory. As long as we're strong enough, the world will be ours.
As a result, the flora and fauna of planet E72 began to spread throughout the Moykaz universe. Some of them became completely extinct during the process of evolution and mutation, while others successfully survived.
It became something akin to a human weapon.
The best examples are the plants and animals that came from planet E72, such as pigs, cows, sheep, chickens, ducks, and geese.
This has left native species with almost no space to survive.
Therefore, in order to protect the native life forms of various planets, the Starship Management Center received an order to prohibit non-intelligent life forms from entering planet E72 without permission.
As soon as Qin Heng said this, Sang Ning knew what was going on.
