I was in my study, burping from a full meal, looking through some unfinished official documents, when Bernard came in with a gust of cold air, heading straight in. "Don't let that woman come to the Imperial Study next time."

"Which one?" I suddenly realized. "You mean Aifu?"
"From now on, wherever I am, don't let her show up."
I was taken aback for a moment. Aifu was so understanding. She had just said she wouldn't appear where he was, so as not to put me in a difficult position.
