Julian sat in his study, the doors and windows tightly closed, his expression obscured as he sat at his desk.
"Your Highness, Chen Zhihan's message does indeed say that Prince Yong intends to transfer him from the Hanlin Academy to the Ministry of Revenue in a few days."
