They only received a polite refusal from Mingmei and her family.
"Thankfully, you're all here. We're perfectly safe."
As Mu Chen piloted his mecha, glancing at the starship beside him, he chuckled and said, "My girlfriend's a little socially awkward~"

A chorus of jeers immediately erupted in the public chat channel.

"Ah, not for now. If a fight breaks out later, we can support each other from outside." Mu Chen refused to enter the starship once again.

Mu Chen chuckled upon seeing this; the atmosphere between the two inside the mecha cockpit was quite pleasant.
However, the public channels persisted, urging and persuading them to come aboard the starship for a get-together. When they finally refused, some discordant voices emerged.
"You're really ungrateful. We invited you aboard the starship, would we possibly harm you? We're all players."
"Yeah, with you two being such a big target out there, what if you attract the Zerg?"

"It's pointless. I was just saying that some people with such big goals lack self-awareness, yet they say our goals are obvious~" Mingmei said, her eyes constantly glancing at Mu Chen's hands... the interface he was operating.
"How can you talk like that? Where's your boyfriend? Why isn't he saying anything?"

After Mu Chen finished handling everything and pressed the final button, he looked up and saw that Su Bo had quietly changed direction. He chuckled and said, "Sure enough, those who have been human are just so similar when they pretend to be human."
