Chapter 22

Chapter 22

When this thought popped into his mind, Song Bojian was shocked himself.

Meng Xihan hates people who are unfaithful in relationships so much, how could he do such a thing?

But he kept staring at Meng Meng and the man, and Meng Meng was calling him dad.

If Meng Xihan didn't cheat, did she marry this man after she and Xu Qingyang broke up?

Sheng Hongming said that day that Meng Xihan stayed in Shanghai for his family.

Is it because the person with whom she eventually formed a family and had children is in Shanghai?

The cold wind cut his face like a knife, and Song Bojian suddenly realized that there were tears in his eyes.

He turned his back and explained hurriedly: "The wind was so strong that it blew my tears out."

He and Meng Xihan should have had no connection with each other long ago and should not have met again.

But fate played a trick on him.

Song's mother asked, "Who is that?"

"Xiao Chengzi's classmate." After a pause, he continued, "Meng Xihan's daughter."

Mother Song was startled and murmured, "Xiao Meng's child is already this big."

Song's father couldn't help but take a few more glances.

Not only did they know about Song Bojian and Meng Xihan's relationship, they also supported it very much.

They had originally agreed to get married soon and were ready to return home, but Song Bojian called them and told them that they were not getting married and had broken up.

No matter how they asked, Song Bojian never revealed the reason for the breakup.

It wasn't until two years later that he said again that he wanted to get married.

Now six years have passed in a flash, and they never expected to hear Meng Xihan's name again.

Meng Xihan's daughter is a classmate of Xiaochengzi.

But until now, the two elders don’t know the reason for their breakup.

Mother Song tried to gauge Song Bojian's attitude and asked, "When did Xiao Meng come to Shanghai?"

Song Bojian immediately shook his head: "I don't know."

Seeing that Song Bojian didn't want to talk about it, the two elders exchanged glances, tacitly agreed not to mention it anymore, and clamored to go home.

Song Bojian held Xiao Chengzi in his arms and explained to him, "Meng Meng is also out playing with his dad. You can say hello to him next time you go to school, okay?"

Little Chengzi was very sensible. He nodded obediently and lay on Song Bojian's shoulder without making any noise.

On the way home, Song Bojian didn't say much, and his mood was very low after returning home.

The two elders looked at each other and let Xiaochengzi go to the toy room to play by himself for a while.

Song Bojian was planning to go with Xiao Chengzi, but was stopped by Song's mother.

He had no choice but to stay.

"It's been so long now. Are you willing to tell me why you and Xiao Meng broke up?"

Song Bojian was stunned: "I've told you countless times that our personalities just don't match. It's been years, why are you still asking?"

"If you've moved on, we won't care anymore, but tell me, have you moved on?"

After Song's father said this, Song Bojian's already bad mood seemed to explode.

"Why can't I just move on? She didn't trust me at all, didn't even give me a chance to explain. Does it even matter why we broke up?"

important.

This is important.

Song Bojian emphasized a thousand times that this was not important, but there was still another voice in his heart.

Meng Xihan's original trust in him was in jeopardy to the point that the five years they had spent together became ridiculous.

Mother Song also frowned: "What did you do back then?"

Song Bojian didn't want to explain himself, so he just said, "I'll do everything. Are you satisfied?"

Without waiting for the two elders to react, he turned and walked towards the toy room.

Defending himself only made his past seem more foolish.

He and Meng Xihan now have their own lives, and he just wants to take good care of Xiaochengzi.

The people and things in the past have nothing to do with his current life.
