Yili naturally heard the whispers between them.
"Her clothes don't look like..."
"You're stupid! Don't you know how to look at the fabric? How else do you think you can make something out of that fabric?"
"Fuck, that's true."
An idea suddenly popped up in Yili's mind.
Is the game copy really that real?
It's like a living world.
When Yili was still trying to think, she felt as if her brain was pierced by a needle, and the pain made her face turn pale.
She couldn't help but stagger and almost fell. She clumsily held onto the lamppost next to her and took a deep breath.
A bunch of strange memories suddenly emerged in my mind.
"We've extracted information about five different worlds from 360 instances: the Fairy Tale World, the Farming World, the Doomsday World, the High-Tech World, and the Core World. The Core World is the most advanced and dangerous of the five, appearing only in S-level instances and above. We haven't yet been able to piece together all the information about the Core World."
Yi Li's mind flashed with an image of a woman in a black bear pajamas sitting in a high-tech office, crossing her legs and drinking pearl milk tea while listening to a report.
She wanted to see the woman's face clearly, but she felt as if her brain was about to split.
"Beautiful lady, do you need my help?"
The rat man with a wretched face came forward and showed concern for her while trying to touch her delicate jade-like hands.
Next second.
It flew to the ground, screaming in pain.
Yi Li stood beside it with a cold expression, stepping on its foot with the sneakers he had just changed into. "You don't even know the other party's background, and you dare to provoke them?"
"I was wrong! I was wrong! Sister! Fairy sister! I really won't dare to do it again!"
The rat man regretted it so much that he felt like his right hand was about to be crushed.
Yili's heart, already restless due to the pain, smiled slightly upon hearing these words: "Since we have met and are so destined to meet, I will teach you a lesson."
"W-What's the reason?"
The rat man looked at Yili in a flattering manner.
"Being soft on the enemy is the greatest harm to yourself."
Yi Li smiled slightly.
The Nezumi's face turned into one of horror when he heard that.
Before I could say anything, I lost my life.
Yili bent down and pulled out the silver-white dagger, wiped it clean with a handkerchief, and threw it on the beast, with a compassionate yet cold-blooded expression: "I hope you will be just a rat in your next life, a dirty and disgusting thing."
The surrounding ratmen saw her so arrogantly and conspicuously eliminate a fellow rat, and they looked at her with horror.
Yi Li raised his eyes and looked around, then put the dagger back into space and smiled elegantly: "Everyone, good evening."
The rat man watching the fun: "!!!"
Damn it! Demon!
They all hid back in their dilapidated homes as if they had seen a ghost.
Yi Li raised his eyebrows, ignored the remains of the ratman under his feet, and continued to move forward.
Tariel was right when he said that she was indeed a...cold-blooded monster.
Compassion will only become a knife that kills yourself.
Killing all creatures that threaten her is her survival principle.
Yi Li walked out of this place called Poor People's Lane.
When she stepped out, she understood why they called the place they had just arrived Poor Lane.
The bustling streets were full of lights and people, and tall and majestic giants in gorgeous costumes were walking on the streets.
Yi Li walked inside and was extremely conspicuous.
Just like cats and dogs...
Yi Li's eyes fell on the pet dog, which was many times bigger than himself and was looking at him excitedly. If it hadn't had a leash tied around its neck, it would have pounced on him long ago.
Yi Li: "..."
When she just got the idea she was farting.
The cats and dogs here are bigger than me.
It is truly the Giant Island.
I should have asked Tariel for a few bottles of giant potion.
At least I don’t have to worry about being trampled to death by these giants.
Yi Li's eyes suddenly fell on the tattered passage next to him that was covered with iron nets.
Yi Li walked over and saw a line of words written crookedly in red paint on it: Only for rat people.
Are you afraid that the ratmen will be trampled to death?
Yi Li's gaze fell on the row of words below.
'Don't let your filthy body soil the soles of the noble giant's shoes.'
Yi Li: "..."
She looked at the exclusive road. The stone pavement had been in disrepair for many years and there was a lot of unknown filth on it. It looked like... some kind of excrement.
Yili felt his stomach churning and he felt like he was about to vomit out what he had eaten for dinner.
Really... so disgusting!
Yili closed his eyes and prepared himself mentally.
Compared to being trampled to death and eaten by those giants or animals, walking here is undoubtedly the best choice for her.
While Yili was still hesitating, he felt someone picking him up.
A fat, freckled, and gorgeously dressed giant child grabbed her waist with such force that she almost couldn't breathe.
"Hehe, toys, toys!"
The child laughed inarticulately.
"Let me go."
Yi Li looked at the child and frowned slightly.
Not only did the child not listen, he even started shaking her hard.
Yi Li couldn't bear it any longer, so he took out a dagger and stabbed him hard.
"ah!"
The child let go of his hands in pain, his hands were covered in blood, and he sat down on the ground, bursting into tears.
In order to avoid being discovered, Yili immediately stood up and hid under the long skirt of the female giant who was chatting with her companions and was not paying attention.
"Whose child is this? Why is there such a big cut on his hand?"
"Why is there still so much blood? Send him to the witch doctor immediately."
After Yili and the others were far away from the giant child, they quickly climbed onto the vegetable truck that claimed to be delivering goods to the central square of Giant City.
Because it was night, Yili was easy to hide.
There was a bustling noise in her ears, and the aroma of chestnuts, dim sum, and wontons just out of the pot at the roadside stalls...the street snacks hooked her heart.
She swallowed, trying not to notice.
Wait until she leaves the game and eat them all.
The food here was surprisingly no different from that in the real world, and even had more variety than in the real world. She had never seen many of the things there before.
While she was still thinking, a sudden chaos sounded in her ears.
"The island owner's wife is missing! The entire city is under martial law! All residents must return home immediately! Street vendors must cease operations immediately! All entertainment venues must be temporarily closed!"
"Giant City Central Square has been blocked. Residents heading there please prepare to return home!"
A group of people on horseback wearing silver armor suddenly appeared on the street, shouting and driving people away.
The vegetable truck that was about to deliver the goods suddenly stopped.
"Where are you going?"
"I'm going to the central square to deliver food."
The delivery driver said tremblingly.
"It's closed. Let's go there tomorrow."
"Yes, yes, sir."
Yili hid in the vegetable basket in the gap on the bottom floor. Through the gaps in the basket, she could clearly see the situation outside.
The once bustling streets had become deserted, and many giants had hurried back home.
