Chapter 2 Psionic Spells, Instant Teleportation

[Twenty days later, Old Cigarette came to visit you and freed you, taking you to a place with him. You noticed you were only eating one meal a day, and your body had become extremely weak during this time, but you had no choice. Old Cigarette led you to the outside of a mine, where you were accepted by the mining area. Someone gave you a pickaxe, and you became a miner. Later, you learned from your fellow miners that unskilled wanderers were likely to be treated as laborers, and here, you had no human rights.]

[At 24, you endured six arduous years in the mine, losing two toes and suffering from declining hearing and vision. You ate only rice gruel, abstaining from meat for three years. You wanted to rebel, but lacked the strength. You became extremely thin, yet you persevered. During that time, you met Old Cigarette Butt, who brought many other homeless people like yourself to the mine.]

At 27, due to a blasting accident, your two closest coworkers perished in the mine shaft, and you lost your left leg. Still alive, the mine, intending to squeeze every last drop of value from you, gave you a hasty medical check-up and ordered you to go down into the mine to retrieve a searchlight. Unable to resist, you went down alone, only to encounter danger when the mine entrance collapsed, trapping you inside. However, you were incredibly lucky; through sheer willpower—eating raw human flesh—you survived. After an unknown amount of time, you found a natural cave entrance and escaped. But along the way, you lost your sight and became blind.

[You crawled through the desert for an unknown amount of time, despair engulfing you. As you lay dying, you suddenly discovered you possessed a supernatural ability, something you sensed in the depths of your being. You could teleport instantly, but because you were blind, you didn't know where you were. So, in a desperate act, you used teleportation multiple times before your strength gave out. After your final teleportation, you were shot in the lung. Before you died, you heard someone approach and order those around them to immediately notify Wall One that a psionicist had been killed there… and then you died.]

Upon completion of the simulation, you can choose one of the following rewards:

1. Choose a skill you possess.

2. All the wealth you have accumulated in your lifetime.

3. Your physique and physical condition at your peak.

Qin Che immediately chose option one, since options two and three were meaningless. What kind of property could a miner have, or what kind of powerful physique could he possess?

What shocked Qin Che the most was that this world actually had spiritual energy.

This corresponds exactly to Qin Che's panel information as the host.

Sure enough, the moment he made his choice, the information on his screen suddenly changed.

Name: Qin Che

Age: 18

[Psionic Power: 100↑/310 (Instant Teleportation)]

Initially, his psionic ability was listed as "none," but now he has a completely new ability.

Teleport!

Qin Che was overjoyed instantly.

Although this simulation had a small amount of content, the lessons learned were absolutely amazing!

Although we don't yet know how much psionic energy the teleportation will consume or the exact distance it will take, it is undoubtedly a divine skill.

He's currently imprisoned in this place, and in the future, Old Cigarette Butt will take him to the mining area. Just watching that kind of life in the simulator makes him feel miserable, and Qin Che has no desire to experience it firsthand.

Qin Che immediately wanted to use teleportation to leave this place.

But suddenly, he stopped himself from thinking about it.

Old Cigarette Butt told him that biker gangs were rampant, and homeless people were not allowed to enter the fortress. He was imprisoned here and would be released and sent to the mining area in 20 days.

20 days

In other words, he can do nothing, without worrying about food and resources, and simply wait quietly for the next two simulations!

However, if I were to flee now, given my current strength, the outside world would only become more dangerous.

Why not just stay put and wait for the simulation cycle?

Rushing to escape is not necessarily the best option.

Qin Che made up his mind, but... there was another rather awkward problem facing him.

There are still 20 days left. Will he really have to eat, drink, and relieve himself in bed during this time?

That smells absolutely disgusting.
