Chen's parents sat on the sofa.
Both young lovers stood up.
Xu Kaiming's parents also arrived. Mother Xu raised her eyebrows at her son.
Xu Kaiming chuckled foolishly.

Xu Kaiming was kneeling there. Chen Duo tried to pull him up, but the stubborn boy refused to get up.
Chen Duo's face turned red as she said, "Yes." It sounded a bit like she was giving up.
Then a ring was put on her middle finger. It was a beautiful pink diamond, which made her skin look even whiter.
When he got up, he stretched out his finger beautifully, waiting for Chen Duo to put the ring on him.
Chen Duo didn't dare to look up at all and quickly put on his ring.
After seeing what her son had done so quickly, Mother Xu also felt a little headache.
"I didn't expect you to be so impatient." She had come here to preside over this event. The various ceremonies, the drinks, the guests, all needed to be negotiated between the two families, and yet this boy couldn't wait even a moment.
