This undisguised contempt made the two men behind the oxcart blush with embarrassment.
He felt deeply ashamed and indignant.

“Shut up, you’re talking nonsense,” the third son of the clan chief said angrily. “My wife isn’t that kind of person, and she doesn’t want to do it either, but she’s forced to.”
