Startled awake by the noise, Xiao Yuhan sobered up considerably. He went outside and saw Bai Yao slumped on the ground, clutching her legs and crying. After checking on her, Xiao Yuhan asked, "Yao'er, what's wrong?"
Bai Yao sobbed, "Master...this stone spirit is bullying me..."
"A stone spirit? Where did this stone spirit come from?" Xiao Yuhan looked around but found no danger. Then, seeing Bai Yao's condition, she quickly asked, "Yao'er, are you injured?"
"It...it bit my foot!"
"Huh?" Xiao Yuhan was getting more and more confused. When he saw the stone table in his courtyard, he seemed to be getting more and more confused. Then he looked at Bai Yao's sword on the ground, and when he leaned closer, he suddenly smelled a trace of wine. Only then did he understand.

"Has Liu Jiantang of the Heavenly Sword Sect already entered the Dao Integration Realm?" The white-haired woman was stunned for a moment, then looked at Xiao Yuhan who was flying over from not far away.
The two exchanged a glance, and Xiao Yuhan bowed to Liu Jiantang.
Liu Jiantang looked at Xiao Yuhan and said meaningfully, "Junior brother, it seems you have many secrets you are hiding from us."
Xiao Yuhan said, "Senior brother, I'll explain later. This woman helped me defeat Su Li; I was just trying to get close to her."
"Oh? Then I'll stay here, you guys chat." Liu Jiantang squinted, seemingly lost in thought.
Xiao Yuhan stepped forward, looked at Jiang Yining, and asked, "Who exactly are you?"
"I am Jiang Yining, the sect leader of the Heavenly Dao Sect. Before I became a demon disciple, I should have been a member of your Heavenly Sword Sect."
With Liu Jiantang here, there were many things Xiao Yuhan couldn't ask aloud, but right now he just wanted to know whether this person was friend or foe. "Why did you help me deal with Su Li?"
"Because I want to get rid of her. If she's around for even a day, I'll never truly regain my freedom. Also, her name isn't Su Li; her real name should be Yu Hui."
