Chapter 177

Lu Qi's parents were arranged to stay in another villa.

At this speed, it would take about ten minutes to get there.

The greenery along the way has all been transplanted into various kinds of flowers, with pink and white as the main colors, which looks elegant and romantic.

The weather is great today, sunny and breezy, with not a cloud in the sky.

The weather on the island is rarely rainy; at least Cheng Qicai hasn't seen any rain in the few days she's been there—it's all been sunny and pleasant weather.

After Lu Qi and Yun Suni arrived at the villa, it was Yun Suni's turn to serve the tea to the person who had changed their address.

After drinking the tea to mark the change of address, the group visited the bridal chamber that Lu Qi and his family had prepared.

After Yun Su Ni took another group photo with Lu Qi and his relatives, she had to change clothes to go outside for a second photo shoot. Cheng Qi Cai and the other bridesmaids and groomsmen also had to change into new outfits for the shoot.

Meanwhile, the parents of the Yun and Lu families went to the wedding venue to greet the guests.

After they finished taking photos outside, it was almost time for the wedding ceremony.

Cheng Qicai and Yun Suni rushed to the dressing room where the wedding was being held and changed into another set of bridesmaid dresses.

When she went to try on the clothes before, she thought there was only one set available. Later, she was told that there were three more sets available, which she thought was acceptable at the time.

But now she just feels as tired as a dog.

After changing her clothes and touching up her makeup, she went to find Yun Suni to help her adjust her wedding dress and veil.

Sensing Yun Suni's nervousness, she patted her hand and joked in a lighthearted tone, "Sis, we've finally reached this part! Soon we can eat, eat at your own table. Good luck, sis!"

"Hmm!" Hearing Cheng Qicai's words, she relaxed a lot.

Cheng Qicai and the others went to the outdoor venue. Although this was an island, Yun Su Ni and her husband held a lawn wedding.

Despite being called a lawn wedding, the area was decorated with seawater in a very stylish way, and the bottom of the seawater was even lit up, making it look like a light strip.

Everywhere was filled with colorful flowers, and Cheng Qicai's breath was filled with their fragrance.

Seeing that Yun Su Ni's preparations were almost complete, Cheng Qi Cai and the other bridesmaids went out.

The wedding began with a speech from the emcee, after which Lu Qi stepped onto the stage, and then the emcee welcomed the bride into the room.

Yun Su Ni was led by Song Luo to Yun Ru Cheng, who then led her to the exchange area to meet Lu Qi.

Cheng Qicai could see that Yun Rucheng had tears in his eyes when he placed Yun Su Ni's hand in Lu Qi's hand.

Yun Su Ni wasn't much better off; tears were welling up in her eyes, and even Lu Qi's eyes were slightly red.

The two walked hand in hand to the front of the stage, where they shared their heartfelt thoughts. After the host's familiar "...Do you do?" speech, Lu Qi knelt down on one knee, took out a ring, and after Yun Su Ni answered "yes," he put the ring on her ring finger.

Next came the familiar procedure: both sets of parents went on stage to give speeches.

Then it was Cheng Qicai's turn to speak. Cheng Qicai seemed a little nervous. She delivered her prepared short essay, gave a few words of blessing, and then handed the microphone to the next person.

Instead of throwing the bouquet, they simply gave them a new bouquet.

It is said that there are gifts from Lu Qi and Yun Suni inside.

Cheng Qicai didn't know there was a gift inside the flowers. She said that when she held the flowers, she noticed that each bouquet had a name embroidered on its ribbon.

Once Yun Suni and the others went down to offer toasts, Cheng Qicai could go to her seat to eat.

She ate early in the morning and was busy all morning without having a chance to eat anything, so she was starving.
