The two arrived at the supermarket. Cheng Qicai pushed the shopping cart while Gu Rongqi walked beside her.
The two first went to the snack area. Cheng Qicai picked out what she wanted to eat first, and then asked, "Is there anything you want to eat?"

Seeing that Gu Rongqi listened to her in everything, Cheng Qicai took a pair of pink and blue slippers with big-eared cartoon rabbits from the shelf and put them in the car.

"How is it? I think it's alright. Do you want to buy some?" Cheng Qicai looked at him, waiting for his evaluation.
"It's pretty good, the cake is quite soft."
Upon hearing Gu Rongqi say it was okay, Cheng Qicai immediately grabbed a box and put it in the cart.
She looked up and saw the aunt across the street cutting peaches and putting them into a tasting box, so she quickly walked over there.

After dating Cheng Qicai, he realized how addictive such ordinary and warm days were.

She said to Gu Rongqi, "Let's go buy groceries."
If she continued shopping, she might want to buy even more things.
After the two of them bought the ingredients and broth for the hot pot, they went to pay the bill.

Cheng Qicai immediately stopped smiling and broke free from his embrace.
She sighed inwardly, "Going home means danger."
Gu Rongqi smiled as he watched her take a step back, but said nothing more. He simply placed another pair of the same small-sized slippers from the bag next to Cheng Qicai's feet.
Cheng Qicai changed her slippers to these. Seeing that she and Gu Rongqi were wearing the same type of slippers, Cheng Qicai wanted to laugh but also felt a warm feeling in her heart.
She took out the hot pot ingredients to wash, and Gu Rongqi washed them with her.
Watching Gu Rongqi diligently washing vegetables, she suddenly recalled the casual conversation she had with him about her criteria for choosing a partner.
It seems that Gu Rongqi has really been working hard in the direction he said he would go.
