In the dimly lit room, dark web pages were projected onto the walls.
As Vito Rosso gazed at the familiar faces of the man and woman on the wanted poster, his pale hands clenched involuntarily, and the veins on the back of his hands bulged.
Sure enough, they found us.
A sudden gust of cold wind arose, and the tightly closed windows were flung open, letting in an eerie purple mist.
Upon seeing this, Vito Rosso's cold eyes narrowed instantly.
As the mist gathered and swirled, a slender and tall figure emerged, dressed in a magnificent and alluring purple dress that reached the ground.
Wisps of eerie mist swirled around it, obscuring its true form and exuding a bewitching, sinister, and unpredictable aura.
"Hehe, Vito Rosso."
The voice was low and magnetic, with a hint of etherealness, and it also brought a strange chill to the listener.
"How dare you come to see me?"
Upon seeing the newcomer, Vito Rosso slowly stood up, his eyes filled with a chilling aura, and spoke in a cold voice.
Before the newcomer could respond, he continued speaking in a chilling tone:
"The Shen Yuan you sent has disrupted all my plans."
"The people I painstakingly captured were kidnapped, and the clones I meticulously crafted were also lost in China."
"Even the other S-class assassins you sent lost their lives because of this, and you still haven't given me any explanation. I haven't heard of Shen Yuan being punished at all."
A low, magnetic, and slightly sinister laugh escaped her lips, her tone light and flirtatious, "Hehe, what a heavy resentment you've got."
"I will make my own decision regarding the matter of the Abyss. As for your losses, am I here to compensate you?"
Vito Rosso's expression softened slightly, but remained grim. He spoke coldly upon hearing this:
What compensation are you going to give me?
In the swirling, eerie mist, a slender finger reached out and pointed to the image projected onto the pale white wall.
"I've already given you a small compensation."
Vito Rosso's cold gaze fell on the two bounty posters on the screen, his eyes narrowing slightly. "You did this?"
"Otherwise what? If I didn't do this, you probably wouldn't even know they were here."
Vito Rosso's fingers clenched silently as he spoke in a sinister tone, "So what if I know they're coming?"
"With my current strength, I can't do anything to them."
With a soft sneer, the newcomer unhesitatingly ripped off Vito Rosso's fig leaf, saying, "You're not just helpless against them, you might not even be able to save your own life."
Seemingly aware of Vito Rosso's extremely vain nature, the newcomer gave him no chance to bark, and once again chuckled softly and obscenely:
"So, I've come to make it up to you."
"Save your life, and while you're at it, cause them some trouble."
Vito Rosso raised an eyebrow. "You're that kind of person?"
"Hehe, you, Vito Rosso, are still one of the world's top biochemists, so you're quite valuable."
Vito Rosso's voice unconsciously carried a hint of pride as he scoffed.
"Are you afraid that if I die, your influence in God will be weakened and your voice will be diminished?"
His cold eyes stared intently at the newcomer. After a slight pause, he slowly spoke: "Am I right, Chairman Aisie Hall?"
After a moment of silence, "Hehe, if you think it's right, then it's right."
The night was deep and all was quiet.
The solitary mansion stands hidden in the silent night.
In the darkness, countless shadowy figures moved silently, taking advantage of the night to reach the roof of the mansion.
The ropes descended silently, and dark figures landed precisely by the window along them.
A cold, indifferent gaze flickered silently in the darkness. The shadowy figure's fingers reached out subtly and silently pried open a crack in the window with exquisite skill.
He reached out his hand towards the curtains, intending to part them and peek into the room.
Eyes were fixed on the curtains, and as the closed curtains were slowly parted, a smiling face instantly appeared.
Meeting the visibly shocked gaze of the dark figure, Lu Zhufeng smirked, "Good evening, little brother."
The next second, a huge fist landed on his blank face, a muffled groan rang out, and blood mixed with broken teeth flew everywhere.
"You little brat, instead of sleeping properly at night, you're trying to be Spider-Man, scaling walls and rooftops."
"It's one thing to roll over, but to make such a racket that you can't even keep your voice down and disturb your master Lu's sleep, you really have a way with yourself."
The tall figure leaped out of the window, Lu Zhufeng tossing down the three bastards with a single punch, like chickens, casually leaving behind several hack-and-shovelers who had been smashed to pieces, not forgetting to complain:
"Go to the underworld and reflect on your actions. In your next life, be smarter and know who to mess with and who to avoid."
A gunshot rang out, shattering the silence of the surrounding area.
Blood splattered everywhere. The assassin, thinking he had hit his target, grinned with delight. "Damn it, kill this bastard!"
Next, his pupils suddenly contracted; the one he had hit was his own companion.
Lu Zhufeng's mocking smile peeked out from behind the head of the assassin he had been holding as a shield. A kind smile spread across his face as he casually tossed aside the unfortunate man and leaped into the air.
Upon landing, he was already in front of the person who had fired the shot. In the horrified look in his eyes, he punched the man so hard he couldn't move, kicked him to the ground, and then casually snatched the gun from the man's hand.
A hint of admiration flashed in his eyes, "Your fist and foot skills aren't that great, but your gun skills are really good."
With a loud bang, the two assassins standing in a line fell down at the same time.
Lu Zhufeng smiled slightly at the other dumbfounded assassins, "See? Learn from this, this is how you handle a gun."
Meanwhile, the same situation occurred not only in his room, but also in other people's rooms.
