The sky was tinged with the pale light of dawn, and the dappled sunlight bathed the snow-capped mountains in a sacred glow, highlighting their majestic grandeur.
Down the mountain, Xiao Wujie, dressed in a windbreaker and wearing a white knitted hat, had eyes that reflected the majestic snow-capped mountains, filled with awe and joy.
Chu Liyue reached out to adjust his hat and then carefully checked his zipper to make sure it wouldn't let in any wind.
"Sweetie, let's take the cable car up together."
Chu Liyue's voice was tinged with worry. Xiao Wujie's physical strength was not as good as that of ordinary people, and he had been pampered by her. Even though he was fully armed, she was still worried that he would not be able to hold on.
"Trust my sister. If I'm tired, I'll tell her, and she'll rest with me for a while."
Xiao Wujie, his eyes brimming with excitement, raised his hiking stick, took Chu Liyue's hand, and started walking up the mountain.
