The frozen ghost realm at night is exceptionally terrifying, a world of whiteness shrouded in darkness.
The cold wind, like a wild beast, roared through every inch of space, and snowflakes were swirled into countless tiny vortexes, dancing wildly in the air.
In the raging snowstorm, the snowmobile struggled to move forward, its tires leaving two deep tracks on the ice. Ahead, illuminated by the headlights, lay a chaotic white world with terrifyingly low visibility.
Lu Zhufeng gripped the steering wheel tightly with both hands, staring intently ahead, carefully adjusting the car's speed and direction, afraid that the slightest negligence would lead to unpredictable consequences.
In the back seat, Chu Liyue held Xiao Wujie, who was trembling with pain and barely conscious. The veins on her hand, which was gently stroking his head, stood out, and her cold, dark eyes were fixed on the outside of the window.
How long will the fuel last?
"Less than two hours."
"Yunmo, you and Xiaoxue switch places. You help Lu Zhufeng scout the way and clear obstacles. Increase the speed appropriately and get to the outermost edge before the fuel runs out. The wind and snow there will be much less."
While giving instructions in a cold voice, Chu Liyue gently wiped the cold sweat off Xiao Wujie's body with a tissue.
Feeling the person in her arms tremble less, she knew the painkillers must have taken effect.
But she was not at ease at all. Xiao Wujie's attacks never just lasted for a short while; his condition would definitely fluctuate.
She had to get him away from here before his condition worsened, or the consequences would be unimaginable.

With a sudden grit of his teeth, Lu Zhufeng slammed the accelerator to the floor, and the snowmobile engine roared loudly, shooting forward like an arrow.
Everyone immediately felt a sense of weightlessness, and their bodies were thrown backward by inertia.
Just as the car passed through the gap, a deafening explosion came from behind the vehicle. The ice surface seemed to come alive, and a huge crack spread out at an alarming speed.
The atmosphere inside the car instantly became even more tense. Although the view through the rearview mirror was blurry, the scene behind them still made everyone's hearts clench.
The ice behind the car began to break apart, large chunks of ice collapsing with the vibrations, splashing water everywhere, as if a giant ice beast was chasing the small Challenger.
Lu Zhufeng, in the driver's seat, stared intently ahead, beads of sweat forming on his forehead. Yun Mo, beside him, gripped the handrail tightly, his eyes gleaming, as he continuously described the road conditions ahead.
Lu Zhufeng skillfully drifted using the car's weight and speed, the sharp sound of the tires rubbing against the ice echoing in everyone's ears.
Behind the car, the ice surged and rolled like angry waves, ready to devour everything at any moment.
The car, drifting at breakneck speed, began a race against the whistling ice, the sharp sound of tires screeching against the ice pounding in everyone's hearts, making everyone's hearts leap into their throats.
"Ahead! There's a fault line ahead. Once you cross it, you'll find a smooth ice surface!"
With his heart pounding, Yunmo managed to shout out.
"Oh shit!"
Gritting his teeth, Lu Zhufeng pressed the accelerator hard and sped forward.
The next second, everyone felt a sense of weightlessness, as if they were flying.
Immediately afterwards, with a loud bang, the snowmobile crashed to the ground, and everyone was thrown uncontrollably into the air, their bodies slamming into other places.
In the back seat, Chu Liyue let her body slam against the car door, one hand around Xiao Wujie's waist, the other protecting his head to ensure he wasn't hit by a hard object.
With its high-speed acceleration and slippery ice surface, Lu Zhufeng continued to speed forward even after releasing the accelerator.
"Yunmo, what's the road like ahead?"
Lu Zhufeng roared out.
"Flat...flat!"
A cold glint flashed in his eyes as he stared intently ahead, and he spoke sharply.
"The car wouldn't stop, and there was only a little gas left. I stepped on the gas one last time, and there was a high chance that I could reach the outermost edge. I managed to hold on!"
As soon as he finished speaking, the snowmobile roared again and sped forward.
Lu Zhufeng clenched his teeth, veins bulging on his forehead and hands, as he constantly adjusted the direction, trying to control the snowmobile that was almost out of control on the ice.
The wind howled outside the car, and everyone's heart was pounding inside. In the heavy air, it was as if you could hear each other's heartbeats.
With a loud screeching sound, the tires left long white tracks on the ice.
It's unclear how long the car slid on the ice before its speed finally slowed down.
A fierce blizzard swept past the drifting snowmobile, and Lu Zhufeng suddenly exclaimed in surprise:
"They've broken through! They've reached the outermost perimeter!"
"Old Lu! Old Lu! There's an ice wall 300 meters ahead, you'll crash into it!"
Before Lu Zhufeng could finish his excited exclamation, Yun Mo trembled as he reminded him.
