Chapter 2 A Strange Small Space

Jiang Che came to the edge of the pond, and a refreshing breath hit his face, which made Jiang Che feel refreshed.

Seeing such clear spring water, Jiang Che's throat moved and he couldn't help but want to drink a sip. However, it is better to avoid touching such things of unknown origin. What he was most interested in was the small sapling in the middle of the pool.

Jiang Che stepped into the water, waded close to the saplings and took a closer look. It was truly soul-stirring!

It is deep green, made of precious jade, with a flowing mist and a lush green. There are also intricate patterns and some unrecognizable cuneiform characters on it.

Jiang Che stretched out his fingers and touched it carefully. He was really curious whether it was a plant or a work of art.

The moment they touched, Jiang Che froze as if he had been electrocuted, and then an extremely shocking picture appeared deep in Jiang Che's mind.

The body that was originally swollen, painful and extremely uncomfortable recovered quickly as if a dead tree came back to life. Even the lower body that had been unable to feel anything before now regained feeling, and even the toes could move.

Before Jiang Che could carefully feel the changes in his body, he vaguely heard the doctor's voice coming from outside the ward.

"Mr. Jiang, I have some very unfortunate news to inform you. After consultation with a team of experts, your child's lumbar spine has suffered a severe impact, and the main nerves have been severely damaged. The child is very likely at risk of lifelong paralysis!"

"Our hospital's equipment and technology are too outdated. If you want treatment, you need to take your child to the provincial capital. Perhaps they have better treatment options. I hope you and your family are prepared for this. The cost of treatment will probably be astronomical!"

"impossible!!"

Then I heard my father's terrified and unbelievable voice.
