Chapter 340: Rats in the Dark

Just when Brother Qiang and his five men took action.

In a dense forest at the foot of Beishan Mountain, there was a sound of branches rustling, and a figure emerged from the fallen branches.

It was Heizi who sneaked in in the afternoon. When he arrived, he saw the security booth in the parking lot.

There's also a fence at the intersection, but I certainly wouldn't be stupid enough to park my car there.

So as soon as he entered the village, he drove the car into the woods and covered it with branches.

No one can tell unless they get close.

Heizi was wearing a nightgown and walking along the shadows on the roadside.

When he reached the field, he was about to find a hidden corner to sneak into the village.

Suddenly, I heard some noise coming from the fields not far away.

Heizi paused and walked towards the sound.

Heizi was lying on the edge of the field, and he saw five figures busy working in the farmland not far away.

Holding a small shovel, he was frantically digging the tomato seedlings in the farmland.

Seeing this, the haters probably know what these people do.

He is such a lowly petty thief, his horizons are just that narrow.

How much can you get from stealing these vegetables?

After taking a look, Heizi lost interest and shrank back to lean against the edge of the field.

But on second thought, these little thieves can be put to good use.

Although everyone in the village is asleep now, every household in the countryside still has a dog.

Although I brought poison for dogs, I was afraid that I might accidentally alarm a guard dog.

If you let it bark, all the dogs in the village will probably be in an uproar.

He saw during the day that the village was guarded by dozens of dogs.

It’s really hard to handle so many dogs.

Moreover, he knew nothing about this village and didn't even know who had a dog or not.

The time was too tight and I was not well prepared to scout the location.

It seems that I have no choice but to change the plan and move the dog away from the village.

Finally, I took a look at my busy colleagues behind me and felt sorry for them.

A gust of wind blew by, and Brother Qiang, who was stealing vegetables, suddenly shivered, feeling as if he was being stared at.

"What's wrong, Brother Qiang?"

The younger brother asked with concern.

“Do you ever feel like there’s something watching us?”

Brother Qiang looked around and asked in a low voice.

The younger brother swallowed and looked around in horror.

"Brother Qiang, don't scare me."

"If we do something like this at this hour of night, won't we end up in trouble?"

The younger brother asked in a terrified manner, trembling with fear.

"Shut up, all that jingle-jerking, and get to work."

Brother Qiang angrily slapped him on the back of the head and said with gritted teeth.

The younger brother touched the back of his head and quickly joined the team digging seedlings.

Brother Qiang stood up, squatted down, and looked around carefully.

I didn't notice any movement, so I finally felt relieved and continued to pull out the seedlings.

Heizi found an abandoned small yard on the outskirts of the village and took off all his belongings and put them there.

Then he walked out of here and walked carefully into the village along the wall.

I didn't dare make any sound at all, for fear of disturbing any dogs that might be around.

When he came to a small courtyard not far away, he found that the lights in the house were on.

So he made a trumpet shape with his hands and shouted at the lighted house in a low voice.

"Someone is stealing vegetables, everyone, wake up, someone is stealing vegetables..."

After shouting this, Heizi turned around and ran, shouting as he ran.

Finally, he ran to a previously abandoned house and hid in a corner.

The quiet Huaxi Village suddenly exploded because of Heizi's shouting.

At this time, all the dogs in the village barked collectively, waking up all the sleeping villagers.

The family that Heizi was shouting at at first was Jiang Che's family.

Jiang Yunshan was in high spirits when suddenly a loud shout frightened him so much that he trembled and almost sprained his waist.

Chen Xiuzhi also heard it and patted Jiang Yunshan's arm.

"Stop for a moment, I think I heard someone shouting that there are vegetable thieves coming."

"Wait a moment, it will be ready soon."

Jiang Yunshan was shouting anxiously. How could he get up at such a critical moment?

"Stop talking nonsense, go check it out, and drink less next time."

Chen Xiuzhi kicked Jiang Yunshan off the bed in anger. She really couldn't bear it anymore.

I suddenly became so strong. I didn’t have so much energy when I was young!

Chen Xiuzhi guessed that it must be because of the medicinal wine.

Jiang Yunshan climbed up with a resentful look on his face. He was neither up nor down. Would he develop a chronic illness in the future?

"Mother, aren't you afraid that I'll be traumatized and affect your future happiness?"

Chen Xiuzhi's face flushed red for a long time and she gave Jiang Yunshan a cold look.

"It's all because of the medicinal wine. You can't get enough of it. If you really have a mental problem, a few sips of medicinal wine will cure everything."

"What are you doing? Hurry up and get dressed and go out and take a look."

Jiang Yunshan sighed helplessly and quickly put on his clothes.

The big tiger is back. What a great opportunity, but it was ruined.

Jiang Yunshan quickly put on his clothes and picked up the flashlight.

"I want to see which bastard is ruining my plans. I'm going to break his legs."

Jiang Yunshan angrily opened the door and ran out.

Seeing Jiang Yunshan leave, Chen Xiuzhi smiled foolishly under the thin blanket.

Ever since things got better at home, both myself and my husband have been happy.

They have changed a lot, and now they are experiencing a joy they have never experienced before.
