Sang Huo's bright red lips parted slightly, but no sound came out.
After a long while, a voice finally escaped from his throat, "Here...here comes the Gu Mother."
"Yes." Su Diandian was extremely excited. "I saw it, Wen Sang. If you're scared, run away quickly."
Sang Huo held her tightly around the waist, his gaze unwavering.
He didn't say anything, but his actions showed Su Diandian that he wasn't afraid.
It's just a matter of dying again.
At this moment, a passage opened up beneath Yao Wang's feet.
In the dark passage, something seemed about to burst out.
Su Diandian looked at his feet with increasing anticipation.
"Whoosh!" A dark figure rushed out.
Su Diandian opened her mouth and shouted, "Gu Mother, I'm here! Come and devour me... How come it's you?"
The dark figure that rushed out of the passage was not some Gu Mother, but Wu Yue, dressed in a black gauze robe and adorned with silver ornaments.
Seeing Su Diandian's disappointed expression, Wuyue couldn't help but ask, "What's wrong? Are you disappointed in me?"
"You're not dead? I thought you'd passed out," Su Diandian teased casually.
Wuyue gripped a thick iron chain tightly in her hand, which extended into the dark passage beneath Yaowang's feet.
Something seemed to be struggling desperately in that place, making the iron chains rattle.
Wu Yue's beautiful eyes swept over, "You really are lucky with women. It's only been half a day since I last saw you, and you've already changed your companion again."
"Sigh, there are countless handsome men in the world, why can't I change them every day?"
Su Diandian casually made a teasing remark, then leaned out to look into the passageway.
What incredible thing is bound at the end of the chain?
She was so curious.
"You'd better leave here quickly, I can hardly control the High Priest anymore."
After gritting her teeth and saying this, Wuyue wrapped the iron chain around her waist twice.
"Oh? So what's about to rush up below is Yao Wang's physical body, the real Gu Mother?" Su Diandian's excitement was palpable.

"Oh no!" Wuyue cried out, rushed over, grabbed Yaowang's soul, and ran away.
He shouted as he ran, "Run! What are you all standing there for?"
Su Diandian didn't move, and Sang Huo stood firmly beside her.

Wu Yue gritted her teeth, abandoned Yao Wang's life force, and flew towards Su Diandian.
But it was all too late.
With the clanging of chains, a massive body squeezed its head out of the passage.
And then...and then it stopped moving.
It's stuck!
Su Diandian tilted her head to look at the thing in front of her, and poked it with her finger: "Fat worm, you're stuck. Losing weight really is a lifelong endeavor."
The enormous insect head was stuck in the passage, its mouthparts agape as it desperately lunged at Su Diandian.
The food was right in front of it, but it couldn't eat it.
But Su Diandian had a fatal attraction for it, as if it could only survive if it ate the person in front of it.
"Could you please try a little harder? Do you think you can eat me up like this?"
"As a worm, body shape is also important, okay?"
"You never exercise regularly, and now you're cramming at the last minute! And now your own mother has to personally serve you food!"
"Tell me, is there anyone as conscientious about food as me? Huh?"
Su Diandian gave it a flick on the forehead.
Stunned by the attack, the Gu Mother opened her mouth and frantically stretched it towards Su Diandian.

Sang Huo looked at the fat worm, then at Su Diandian, gritted his teeth, and stuffed in one of his legs as well.
The Wuyue people who had just rushed over were dumbfounded. "Are you courting death? This is the Gu Mother!"
Su Diandian replied, "I wouldn't let it eat anything that isn't a Gu Mother!"
"The Gu Mother is extremely poisonous; if swallowed, she will immediately turn into a pool of blood." Wu Yue tried to pull Su Diandian away, but was rejected by her eyes.
Sang Huo stared intently at Su Diandian, "Fortunately, I'm a beautiful ghost, I won't turn into blood and water, that would be so ugly, and Diandian wouldn't like my face anymore."
Upon hearing this, Wuyue took a deep breath and rushed back towards Yaowang's life force.
He lost his usual composure and grabbed Yao Wang by the collar, starting to slap him across the face.
"High Priest! Wake up! Wake up, wake up!"
But Yao Wang kept his head down the whole time, letting them do as they pleased.
"High Priest, if you don't wake up soon, your physical body will really be gone!" Wuyue screamed, but still couldn't move Yaowang.
Wu Yue turned to look at Su Diandian's situation, only to see that the two idiots had already shoved their lower bodies into the Gu Mother's mouth with laughter.
