The scimitar, still stained with blood, was slashed at Su Diandian.
Su Diandian flicked her finger, directly deflecting the blade.
"I'm sorry..." she improvised a line, "We were invited by Princess Lydia to deal with the dragon knights."
"Lydia?" The blonde woman looked her up and down, her eyes full of wariness and distrust.
"Why argue with her?" Chu Xingze took half a step forward, raised his right hand, and immediately flicked out several streaks of light from his folding fan.

Su Diandian, standing nearby, seized on the key point: "Chu Xingze, this woman seems to be the queen of the Kingdom of Avalon."
Chu Xingze turned his head to look at her, "Who cares what kind of king he is? If he's blocking your way, that's unacceptable."
"My name is Madeline, beautiful foreign man. What's your name?"
Madeleine, with her blonde hair, stared intently at Chu Xingze, unwilling to look away.
Chu Xingze noticed her intense gaze and immediately withdrew his hand in disgust, stepping back. "Su Dian, did she just say something disgusting?"
Su Diandian scratched her forehead awkwardly and explained truthfully, "She said her name is Madeline and that you should stay and be her husband."
