Chapter 12 What a coincidence

Chapter 12 What a coincidence

The two of them burst into laughter.

"You can stay here tonight and sleep with me." Jin Yi acted coquettishly with her: "Okay."

"I have to go to work tomorrow." Han Siti refused.

"That's perfect. Let's take my brother's car tomorrow and go to the company together."

Han Siti couldn't stand the other party's nagging and agreed.

"Let me tell you something." Jin Yi drew a line along the rim of the cup with his fingertips, his emotions high and a hint of shyness.

"What's wrong? Are you going to confess?"

Han Siti glanced at her.

Jin Yi's eyes widened, and his voice became a little higher: "How did you know?"

"It's too obvious, you're almost hanging your eyes on him."

"No way."

Jin Yi blinked: "Do you think he will agree?"

--Disaster.

It is not surprising that Jin Yi likes Xie Xing'an. He is handsome, tall and has good grades. He has many suitors in the school. Similarly, the boy's washed-out clothes have repelled countless girls' dreams.

The warmth of the pen tip falling on the book, the shadow cast by the eyelashes when closing the eyes, the wind and sunshine coming just right, the tall figure seems to be surrounded by a halo.

It was the third day of freshman year.

Like other girls, Jin Yi fell in love with Xie Xing'an.

"I wish you success." Han Siti picked up the wine glass and clinked it against hers.

Jin Yi was so nervous that his palms were sweating: "He should like me a little bit too."

"The gift he gave you is not cheap." Han Siti looked at the bag logo on the table.

Jin Yi's eyelashes trembled, and she opened the package, revealing a bracelet with exquisite diamonds.

Xie Xingan's family is not well off. His father passed away and his mother is seriously ill. It probably cost him a month's salary to give him a bracelet of this brand.

The bracelet rested loosely on the girl's fair and slender wrist. The diamonds had a soft and warm luster, which matched her princess dress today.

Jin Yi took off his original expensive bracelet, his eyes flashed with light, he stared deeply, and his empty heart seemed to be filled.

The birthday party lasted for three hours.

The silent moonlight in the sky continues to shine.

Han Siti drank two glasses of fruit wine, a rosy color spread across her cheeks, and her eyes became blurred. She wasn't drunk, just dizzy, but her mind was still clear.

"Go to my room first and wait for my good news!" Jin Yi lifted her skirt and puffed out her chest, like a princess running towards a knight.

"Come on." Han Siti clenched his fist and made a gesture.

People dispersed.

Coming out of the back hall, the Jin residence was still brightly lit. She stepped through the round arched door and could hear the rustling footsteps of the servants.

"Miss Han, right? Miss Jin asked me to make you a cup of honey water." The maid saw the person and hurried over.

Han Siti took it and found the temperature was just right. She drank it in one gulp and handed it back.

"Thank you. I'll go up first."

"Just call me if you need anything."

"good."

The younger generation lived in the side hall. Jin Yi's room was on the second floor. Han Siti entered the room, first petted Liuyi who was eating cat food, and then slowly found her pajamas and went to the bathroom.

After washing up, I came out and heard a loud cry downstairs. I could hear it clearly even through the wall.

Sounds a little familiar.

Han Siti hurried downstairs and saw the girl sobbing on the sofa.

Her hair was messy, her eyeliner was wet from tears and smudged on her eye bags, and several clumps of her eyelashes had fallen off. She looked like a complete mess.

"Did your confession fail?" Han Siti walked over and sat down next to her.

Jin Yi choked up: "He rejected me, I don't want to care about him anymore, wuwuwu."

One cry after another.

"It's okay." Han Siti patted her back and comforted her: "What did he say?"

Jin Yi wiped away her tears with a tissue: "He said he doesn't like me."

After saying that, he ripped off the bracelet from his wrist and threw it into some corner under the flickering light.

"It's your birthday today, why are you crying?" Jin Huainian walked in from the door, followed by Wen Mu, obviously not knowing what had happened.

Jin Yi held back his tears, his shoulders shaking.

She didn't say.

Jin Huainian called the servant over. The servant clasped his hands together, looked at Jin Yi, and did not dare to hide anything, so he told him everything.

The man scoffed and scolded, "It's just a small thing, and you've made yourself look like this. Why don't you go upstairs and wash your face? You look so dirty."

"Huainian, don't say that. It's natural to be sad when rejected by the person you like. Just let her cry and everything will be fine." Wen Mu gently comforted.

Jin Yi grabbed Han Siti's hand and didn't want to pay attention to anyone.

"Let's go upstairs."

When passing by them, Han Siti's steps were slightly slow. She looked up and met the man's deep eyebrows, resentful expression, and bulging cheeks. She turned her head away in a second.

After entering the room, Jin Yi couldn't control herself and started crying again.

"Do you think he has someone he likes?" she said.

Han Siti was unsure: "Probably not."

"Then why did you reject me?" Jin Yi's eyes were red. He picked up his phone and started typing: "I'm going to delete him and never see him again."

"I'm so embarrassed, boohoo, I was rejected the first time I confessed my feelings, who could be more miserable than me."

Han Siti pursed her lips. She probably knew why Xie Xingan refused.

The class gap is an unbridgeable chasm.

Jin Yi cried for a while, then leaned against the head of the bed weakly.

"I'll go downstairs and get you a glass of water." Han Siti touched her head.

As soon as I came out of the room, I bumped into two people in the corridor. They were behaving intimately. The woman stood on tiptoe and offered her red lips, while the man looked down at me and seemed very impatient.

However, this scene of pink bubbles frightened Han Siti, and she was forced to stop all actions.

"Damn it!" Han Siti was startled and quickly retreated to the room: "You guys continue, I didn't see anything."

Jin Huainian glanced at him with a calm expression. This handsome face, when expressionless, always gave people the illusion that he was keeping people at a distance.

Instead, Wen Mu looked shy.

"What's wrong?" Jin Yi asked as he propped himself up from the bed.

Han Siti's tone was excited, and her expression was as if she had just watched a good show: "Your brother and your future sister-in-law kissed outside."

"What!" Jin Yi ran over almost immediately.

The two of them pried at the crack in the door, sticking their heads out up and down, afraid of missing any details.

Under the illumination of the white fabric, one can also get a glimpse of the expression on Wen Mu's face.

With a smile on her face and red eyes behind her ears, she ran back to the room from the man in a very shy manner.

It's not hard to imagine what just happened.

"What are you looking at?" Jin Huainian put his hands in his pockets and looked over quietly.

Jin Yi teased softly, "I'm going to take a shower first. I'll leave it to you to explain."

“………”

The bathroom door was closed.

Han Siti leaned against the door, looking pretty.

"What a coincidence, Mr. Jin." She said with a smile.

Jin Huainian didn't waste any words. He walked over in two or three steps, put his arm around her wrist, and led her to the innermost room.
