Chapter 18: Success
While rubbing, he murmured: "I want to drink water."
Jin Huainian raised his eyes and pressed his eyebrows.
He slowed down for two seconds, then lifted her up by her hips. Han Siti rested her chin on his shoulder, finding a comfortable position, her breathing a little heavy.
There was warm water available in the room 24 hours a day. Jin Huainian put her at the door of Jin Yi's bedroom and gently pushed her back.
"Go in by yourself. There's a kettle on the table."
Han Siti's eyes were a little dazed. She leaned her head against the door lazily, hesitating for a long time but didn't go in.
"It seems I'm not thirsty."
Jin Huainian didn't plan to waste time here with her. He looked at his watch and prepared to leave.
"Don't go." Han Siti, emboldened by alcohol, grabbed him.
He is noisy at ordinary times, and even more noisy when drunk.
Jin Huainian stared at him for a long time before calling Jin Yi out.
Jin Yicai had just finished taking a shower and came out in a hurry. He saw the girl clinging to her brother and almost falling into his arms.
"Dandan..." Jin Yi couldn't help laughing, and pretended to pull Han Siti.
Han Siti frowned, her palms burning hot, the alcohol was stirring her nerves, and her stomach began to feel uncomfortable.
"I want to vomit." She covered her mouth, looking unhappy.
Jin Yi pulled her over: "I'll take you inside to vomit."
If she vomited on her brother, it would be over...
It's over!
Han Siti leaned forward and spit directly on the man's chest.
There was silence for a few seconds.
Jin Yi closed her eyes tightly, hoping it was an illusion, but the scene before her really slapped her in the face.
"Brother, Dandan was drunk and didn't mean it." She said hurriedly.
Jin Huaian's face was heavy, with a hint of coldness in it.
After Han Siti vomited, she hummed and went to hug someone. Her subconscious action seemed to have formed a kind of dependence.
"I'll take Dandan away right away."
God knows how serious her brother's mysophobia is.
Jin Yi took great pains to put some distance between them.
"Brother, let's go to bed first. Good night." She said quickly and was about to close the door.
Jin Huainian glanced at her calmly: "Let her drink some hot water first, then take a bath."
The hand closing the door paused.
Something is wrong.
Something is so wrong.
When did her brother become so kind?
"Oh, okay." Jin Yi said sullenly before closing the door.
After drinking the water, Han Siti was pushed into the bathroom. There was still some mist inside, and the mirror was blurry.
After taking a bath for half an hour, the drunkenness was much gone.
Come out in your nightgown.
Jin Yi narrowed his eyes and looked at her carefully, from head to toe, from top to bottom, almost from inside to outside.
Han Siti didn't know why, but felt guilty when she stared at him.
"What's wrong?" she asked, touching the wet ends of her hair.
Jin Yi leaned up from the bed: "Are you sober?"
Han Siti immediately covered her forehead and said, "No, I just feel dizzy and uncomfortable."
Jin Yi gave him a look that said, "Don't pretend."
"I have something to ask you, come up quickly."
Han Siti didn't understand.
"What's up?"
"Come up quickly."
Han Siti always felt that something was fishy, but he still climbed onto the bed at her urging.
"Tell me the truth and don't lie to me." Jin Yi said seriously.
"Why are you so serious? What's going on?"
"You have to promise me first." Jin Yi leaned on her.
Han Siti gathered the quilt and said, "No."
"If you don't want it, then don't. I already know it anyway." Jin Yi waved indifferently.
Han Siti was surprised: "What did you know?"
"About you and my brother."
Jin Yi patted her shoulder: "Don't pretend, you can't hide it from me."
Han Siti was stunned for a moment, his expression froze, and his heart beat faster for a moment.
"Am I right?" None of this escaped Jin Yi's eyes.
Han Siti buried her head in the quilt without refutation, she was simply sleepy.
"Ask your brother."
How could Jin Yi dare to ask him, unless he didn't want to see the sun tomorrow.
The moonlight set, Han Siti drank some wine and fell asleep quickly. Jin Yi chattered in her ear, but it didn't disturb her at all.
—
early morning.
The sky just began to light up with a hint of color, not very obvious, like a halo shining through the window.
Jin Yi is still sleeping.
She shook her dizzy head, and at the same time, memories of last night came flooding back.
To die...
Han Siti immediately got up, washed up, and prepared to escape without even bothering to put on makeup.
After packing everything up, she bent over and carefully opened the door. After leaning out, she was completely stunned.
The man was standing in the corridor, and seemed to have just come out of the room, with his hair hanging down. When he saw her, his expression became gloomy in an instant.
Han Siti licked her lips subconsciously, closed her legs and stood properly.
"Good morning." She greeted with a forced smile.
Jin Huainian brushed past her and said in a cold voice, "You slept well."
Han Siti immediately followed up: "I didn't sleep well. I didn't fall asleep until the second half of the night."
Jin Huainian stopped at the stairs, his eyes fell on her. He saw that her face was rosy, her lips were plump and pink, and there was no dark circles under her eyes. Did she not sleep well?
I knew she was running a train.
"I didn't sleep well. Go in and continue sleeping." Jin Huainian raised his foot and continued to walk down the stairs.
Han Siti's eyes lit up: "Is it really possible?"
Jin Huainian's lips curled up into a smile, a little lazy, deliberately teasing her: "Well, come to my office after you wake up and get a dismissal letter."
Han Siti was angry and hit him.
Suddenly I remembered what happened last night.
"Yiyi may know about us." She said casually.
Jin Huainian raised his eyebrows, his emotions unclear: "If you know, then you know."
If he is not in a hurry, then there is no need for me to be in a hurry.
"Then I'll..."
Before I could finish my words, my cell phone rang. I picked it up and saw it was my mother calling.
Her heart skipped a beat.
I haven't been home for two days.
Han Siti glanced at the noble man next to her with a reproachful look, and said without holding back: "It's all your fault."
Jin Huainian glanced over.
"My mom called. Do you want to explain to her why I didn't go home?"
Jin Huainian said calmly, "I can explain to her then how you got drunk and vomited on me last night."
Han Siti put away her sarcastic look and clicked to answer the call.
"I'm sorry, Mom." She admitted her mistake first.
Then he shifted the blame: "If you want to blame someone, blame our boss. He makes me work overtime every day, which has forced me to stay at Yiyi's place these days."
"I think you just like to play. If you get off work late, I will ask your dad to pick you up. Don't bother him all the time." said my mother.
"Goodbye, Dad is very busy in the hospital." Han Siti said, "I promise to be back tonight, don't worry."
Mom didn't say anything else.
After Han Siti hung up the phone, she turned around and met the man's slightly cold eyes.
"Boss Jin, you won't blame me, right?"
Jin Huainian pulled the corner of his mouth: "I've made some progress."
Han Siti didn't take it seriously and walked out of the side hall with her chin up. At this time, the servant had just gotten up and was watering the flowers and plants outside.
