Chapter 30 Dog Nose

Chapter 30 Dog Nose

I definitely can't tell him that Jin Yi is going to the hospital.

"Let's go shopping." she said.

"Well, what time will you be back?" Jin Huainian's eyes were still not on her, and he asked casually.

Han Siti: "I don't know, maybe before dinner."

"good."

Smoke lingered at his fingertips, his eyes were indifferent, and he looked very busy.

Han Siti smelled the bitter smell of cigarettes in the air and couldn't help frowning. She leaned forward and kissed him on the side of his cheek, leaving a light red lip mark. Seeing this, she wiped it with her sleeve, but it didn't come off.

"Then I'll leave." She didn't care anymore and stopped.

"Yeah." Jin Huainian moved the cigarette in his hand a little further and put his other hand around her waist.

"Didn't you let me go?" she snorted.

"Kiss her again." Jin Huainian patted her butt with a faint smile.

Han Siti lowered her eyes: "Aren't you afraid that Yiyi will come in?"

"What am I afraid of?" Jin Huainian glanced at her little expression leisurely.

Han Siti lowered her head perfunctorily and kissed the corner of his lips.

"That's enough, I'm leaving now." She pushed the man's shoulder away.

Jin Huainian nodded: "Go ahead."

“…”

Jin Yi waited in the living room for a few minutes, but no one came out. When he was about to get up and urge them to come out, he heard Han Siti's cheerful voice.

"Let's go."

The two went out.

Jin Yi's driver was waiting outside the community. They walked over and just sat down when Jin Yi started chatting.

"I'm moving in in a couple of days. Would you consider living with me?"

Han Siti yawned, took out the air cushion from her bag and put on makeup.

"My parents probably won't agree to me living out here."

"Is it your parents who don't agree, or my brother?" Jin Yi said with a smile.

"Of course they are my parents. Do you think I live with your brother every day?" Han Siti replied to her.

"I'm quite scared to live alone." Jin Yi touched his cheek and sighed.

Han Siti comforted her: "You'll be fine once you get used to it. Didn't you dislike living in the dormitory before?"

"I still miss college life."

Han Siti exposed her: "Are you really not nostalgic for the days with Xie Xing'an?"

Jin Yi suddenly felt shy: "Don't expose me."

As we were chatting, we arrived at the hospital in the blink of an eye.

After getting off the car, the driver opened the trunk, which was filled with various supplements and fruit baskets.

Han Siti was surprised for a moment: "When did you buy it?"

"Before I came to you."

There were many people in the hospital, so Jin Yi took her directly to the third floor.

After finding the ward, Han Siti told her, "I'll be waiting for you at the door."

Jin Yi straightened his hair: "Am I weird like this?"

She deliberately wore only light makeup.

"No problem," she said.

Jin Yi mustered up his courage and pushed the door open.

The aunt on the bed was very surprised to see her. Before she could ask, Jin Yi spoke first.

"Hello, Auntie. I'm Xie Xing'an's classmate. It's a bit presumptuous of me to come see you today." Jin Yi stood at the end of the bed, not daring to come forward.

Xie's mother was in good spirits today. After hearing what she said, she quickly waved to her to come in.

"It's okay, I won't bother you." She smiled and said, "There's a chair here, sit down."

Jin Yi was a little reserved. She put the fruit basket on the bedside cabinet and also put the supplements there.

"You're so polite. You don't have to buy them." Mother Xie looked at these things and found that they were not cheap.

"It's okay, Auntie." Jin Yi sat down, put his hands on his knees, and said softly.

"Are you Xing'an?" Xie's mother stared at the little girl carefully.

Jin Yi nodded somewhat embarrassedly.

Xie's mother suddenly patted the quilt, with a friendly smile on her face: "I've seen your photo."

Jin Yi was stunned and replied, "In the graduation photo?"

"No, it was the year before last. At that time, I had recovered a little and came back from the hospital. I saw the photo of him wearing a blue dress on his desk." Xie's mother smiled happily: "I thought he was in love at the time."

Jin Yi's eyelashes trembled, and his heart seemed to be pressed down by something. He couldn't breathe, and his heart was getting heavier and heavier.

"We're not in love yet." A blush flashed across her face.

Xie's mother said, "I'm not a conservative person, but you can see that I don't know when this situation will end."

Jin Yi frowned: "Auntie, everything will be fine."

Mother Xie looked at her deeply and smiled slightly: "Okay."

Han Siti waited outside for almost an hour.

Jin Yi came out from inside, feeling completely exhausted.

"What's wrong? How is your aunt?" Han Siti supported her.

"Things have been stable for a while now." Jin Yi started to worry: "I want my uncle to take better care of them, but I'm afraid he won't tell my family."

Born in a family like that, you probably won’t be able to make decisions for yourself in your life, from going to school to getting married.

"However, there is one happy thing." Jin Yi sent away the unhappy mood.

Han Siti looked at her shy face and guessed roughly.

"What's the matter?" She chose not to say.

"Xie Xing'an, you must like me." Jin Yi held his face with his cold hands to dissipate some of the heat.

"Should? Are you so unsure?"

"Yes, he likes me."

A boy puts his own photos at home. If that’s not love, what else could it be?

She added, "Besides, he liked me two years ago, so when I liked him, he also liked me."

Han Siti patted her shoulder and said, "Congratulations, you finally got what you wanted."

"Not yet, we're not together yet."

"Okay." Han Siti didn't understand her stubbornness.

It was already past four in the afternoon when the driver took Han Siti back to Yijiangyue.

She hadn't eaten for almost a day, so when she got home she took out a piece of bread and took a couple of bites.

Jin Huaian was still in the study. She went in with a piece of bread in her mouth. Seeing that he was still busy, she asked vaguely, "Are you tired?"

Jin Huaian glanced at him quickly and said in a deep voice, "I think you are quite tired."

Han Siti didn't take it seriously. She walked over and hugged him, putting her ear against his chest and breathing in the fragrance of his arms.

"Where have you been?" Jin Huainian closed his eyes nonchalantly and glanced at her.

Han Siti paused, expression unchanged: "Didn't I tell you? I went shopping with Yiyi."

"You smell like disinfectant." Jin Huainian pinched her chin.

"Dog nose." Han Siti snorted softly.

Jin Huainian didn't let go, his eyebrows slightly raised: "Hmm?"

"I went to the hospital to visit my classmate's mother." She had no choice but to tell the truth, which only concealed the real answer of going to the hospital.

Fortunately, Jin Huainian didn't press the issue, and she breathed a sigh of relief.

Han Siti snuggled in his arms, picked up the sketchbook and started sketching casually.

The room was so quiet that the only sound was the sound of the pen hitting the paper.

After finishing a painting, she turned it upside down on the table. Under the shadow, a few rough outlines could be vaguely seen, showing a cold and angular man.
