Chapter 8 How Dare I
When we arrived at the hotel, Jin Huainian and I went straight to the presidential suite on the top floor.
She ran to the sofa, lay down on it without caring about her image, and took out her cell phone that had been ringing all day.
Most of them come from Jin Yi.
Speaking of my fate with Jin Huaian, it is indeed quite interesting. I am a neighbor of his grandparents, a classmate of his cousin, and there is also a shameful relationship deep down.
Han Siti clicked her tongue twice, feeling overwhelmed.
Jin Yi bombarded him with questions: [When will you be back? It's my birthday this weekend, don't forget it.]
[We plan to stay at the old house this time, you must come. 】
Han Siti glanced at a few mumblings, and the dim light of the screen made her focus on the last sentence.
[Seriously, is it really impossible for you to become my sister-in-law? ]
Han Siti raised an eyebrow and replied: [Doesn't your brother have a fiancée?]
Jin Yi: [I think you are more suitable.]
Han Siti laughed out loud: [Are you marrying her, or is your brother marrying her?]
Jin Huainian approached, but she didn't hear any footsteps. When she looked up, she met the man's dark and sharp eyes, and was startled.
Jin Huaian sneered: "What shameful things are you looking at?"
"None of your business." Han Siti glared with round eyes and muttered.
Jin Huainian raised his hand to push her hair aside, not paying attention to her sudden temper.
"Go take a shower."
Han Siti's breath weakened by half, and she whispered softly: "You go first, I'm chatting with Yiyi."
Jin Huainian said nothing more and turned to leave.
Seeing that no one was in the living room, Han Siti simply made a video call to Jin Yi. When the two were chatting happily, the phone on the coffee table suddenly rang.
It’s Jin Huainian’s cell phone.
Han Siti moved her butt and sneered when she saw the caller ID. Then she told Jin Yi that she had something to do and hung up the phone.
"Ms. Jin, your phone is ringing. I'll answer it for you." She pretended to shout towards the bathroom.
The sound was small enough to be heard in the large living room.
She picked up.
Wen Mu's voice was soft and gentle, with a certain anxious concern: "Huai Nian, are you done with your work?"
Han Siti's voice conflicted with hers, and she said in a delicate and coquettish voice: "Sister, Mr. Jin is still busy."
I could clearly feel the breath on the other side stagnated for a moment.
Han Siti was still waiting, waiting for her to regain her composure.
"Secretary Han?" The voice on the other end trembled slightly.
She could imagine the confusion and panic on the woman's face.
The next second, Han Siti cleared up her doubts: "Boss Jin is in the study, and Special Assistant Xu is here too."
"Is that so? Then I'll call you back when he's done."
"Okay, sister." Han Siti's eyes were emotionless, but her voice was exceptionally sweet: "If there's nothing else, I'll hang up first."
"I saw the circle of friends you posted." His tone was slightly questioning, as if he was putting himself in the position of his fiancée.
Han Siti asked knowingly, "The photo from today?"
"Yes." The other side replied.
"I think my sister misunderstood. Mr. Jin just took a photo of me. After all, he is quite helpful."
Han Siti lowered her eyes, and the upturned corners of her eyes became more charming. At this moment, she was lying without any shame.
This explanation made sense. Wen Mu immediately realized that he had overreacted, and with a raised corner of his mouth, he apologized to her.
"It's okay, sis."
"Good night, Secretary Han."
Secretary Han emphasized the word, as if to remind her of her position.
After hanging up the phone, the corners of his mouth drooped.
She snorted and threw the phone onto the coffee table with great force.
"Who pissed you off again?"
Jin Huainian came out of the bathroom wearing black pajamas, his half-dry hair hanging in front of his forehead, and his deep facial features could not be ignored.
She raised her chin with a proud look on her face: "No one."
"Isn't calling you sister sweet?"
It turns out that I heard it all.
Han Siti's careful thoughts were written on her face, and she replied to him in a coquettish voice: "Brother, brother, isn't it sweeter to call you that?"
Jin Huainian looked lazy as he heard the pleasant music. He walked over to touch her head and asked, "Are you done with the call?"
"Um."
"Go take a shower."
Han Siti couldn't get up and raised his arms limply.
"Are you still a child?" Jin Huainian frowned slightly, looked at each other for a long time, and finally bent down to pick her up.
Outside the floor-to-ceiling glass windows, you can see the bustling city and the cool and brilliant water.
The natural aura of a superior man clung to her skin. She sucked the thin air from the man's neck like a headless fly, not stopping until she saw a little red.
"Mr. Jin, this is not good. Won't your fiancée be angry?" Han Siti was placed in the bathtub by him. After her short skirt was soaked, it was almost translucent. Her eyes were watery, adding a touch of seductive beauty.
Jin Huainian's expression was cold.
"What are you angry about?" His voice was very pleasant, especially in the increasingly pink and bubbly atmosphere of the night, it was particularly magnetic.
Han Siti bit her lower lip, bringing out her greatest strengths, and the people watching couldn't help but feel pity for her.
"Is that so?" She kissed the corner of the man's mouth little by little.
Jin Huainian raised his eyebrows slightly and watched her clumsily embrace him.
"I don't know. Why don't you talk to her?" He straightened the girl's wet hair.
Han Siti complained: "How dare I?"
"I see there's nothing you're afraid of."
"Hmph, I won't talk to you anymore. I need to take a shower."
Han Siti came out of his arms, pushed his shoulders and let him out.
"Don't fall asleep in there." Jin Huainian reminded before closing the door.
Maybe it was because the atmosphere in the bathroom was too intense, but her cheeks were suspiciously red.
"knew."
Han Siti didn't bring her cell phone in, so she left after not staying in the room for long.
In a trance, I heard Jin Huainian's voice in the living room.
He's on the phone with someone.
I could tell it was a work call.
Your fiancée is already angry, and you don’t try to comfort her.
Tsk tsk.
Han Siti leaned against the door, a barely perceptible smile on her lips, but her voice was inaudible.
She yawned and lay back down on the bed.
…
After staying in City B for three days, she took the private plane owned by the Jin family when she returned. It was the weekend, so Han Siti stayed at home for a day. The next morning, she put on makeup and went to celebrate Jin Yi's birthday.
The Jin residence is located halfway up a mountain in a bustling area of the capital, with beautiful scenery and away from the hustle and bustle.
Han Siti took a taxi, but due to the security at the door, she had to park on the roadside.
The weather in June is hot.
After walking for ten minutes, we finally arrived.
The old house has been built for some time. The red gate with carved patterns and hollow patterns shows the most unique romantic aesthetic of the last century. The bricks are seamless, the walls are flat, and there are pillar bridges at the four corners, and the courtyard appears to be standing.
The door was open, the servant led the way, and Han Siti followed.
They walked on the bluestone path. Lush willow catkins surrounded the pond, and lotus flowers clustered in the center. There were no weeds around, which must be because someone was cleaning it regularly.
"It's just past this pavilion." The servant spoke to her.
Han Siti pursed her plump, pink lips and said weakly, "Okay."
It was so big inside, with so many twists and turns, it took a long time to get inside the house.
Several simple and elegant houses are neatly laid out, and the murals hanging in the hallway are the work of an unknown master.
Han Siti sighed twice in his heart. Who understands the world of rich people?
