Chapter 17 You're Too Bullying
I came back to my senses, swallowed the cold medicine, and said thank you to Xiao Shi again.
Maybe it was because I took the cold medicine in time, I felt better in the afternoon. I was a little relieved that there were no mistakes at work, and glanced at Xiao Shi who was busy with work with some gratitude.
His fair and sunny face felt like the spring breeze in March, blowing warmly. Perhaps Xiao Shi noticed my gaze and suddenly looked up at me. I felt like I was caught and was so scared that I quickly lowered my head. After several seconds, I looked at him again nervously and found that he was still busy working.
After get off work, I rushed to the bar where I had applied for a job last night. The manager, Han Ming, prepared a white dress for me. After changing into the dress, I walked to the piano and sat down, and started playing the songs ordered by the customers.
Two hours later, Han Ming came to me and handed me a thousand yuan, saying it was a tip from a customer. I was very happy.
"Manager, could you tell me which kind customer gave it to me? I want to personally thank the customer."
A strange look flashed across Han Ming's eyes, and then he told me that the customer gave it and left.
"Next time you come over, I'll tell you."
"Okay, thank you, manager."
After leaving the bar, he felt happy and planned to share the good news with Tian Rong, so he picked up his phone to call her, but as soon as the call was connected, he heard Tian Rong crying.
"Sister? What's wrong with you?"
When I asked her, the crying on the other end became louder and louder.
Tian Rong told me that she bumped into Huang Minwei when she went to the hospital last night. She wanted to stand up for me, so she said a few words to her. Unexpectedly, she was fired by the company when she went to work today.
"Jiang Ruohe did it?"
It must be him. Huang Minwei called him last night and said that she was bullied. Jiang Ruohe rushed back to the hospital immediately.
"I have been doing this job for three years and have never made any mistakes at work. I didn't expect that just because of..." Tian Rong said while sobbing.
Just then, Shen Xiuting's voice came from the phone.
"Yu Xiaowan, what's wrong with you? Your sister stood up for you, but ended up losing her job. I don't care. You have to find a way to get your sister back to work. Otherwise, I'll have to pay for your father's medical expenses..."
"Mom, please don't be like this."
Tian Rong snatched the phone away and told me not to care about what her mother said.
"Sorry, sister. I'm going to talk to Jiang Ruohe."
After returning to the Jiang family, I asked Liu Ma if Jiang Ruohe had come back. Liu Ma said that he had come back half an hour ago and was still in the bedroom.
I hurried upstairs, opened the door and shouted Jiang Ruohe, and saw Jiang Ruohe standing in front of the wardrobe in his underwear, turning to look at me.
I quickly looked away, cursed him inwardly as a hooligan, urged him to put on his clothes quickly, and then turned and walked out.
After waiting for a few minutes, when I walked in again, he was already sitting on the sofa in neat clothes.
"Jiang Ruohe, are you going too far? My sister just said a few words to Huang Minwei, and you used your power to make her lose her job?" I waited for him.
He glanced at me indifferently and leaned back.
"Why do I feel like I'm too kindhearted? She dared to bully my woman, and I'm already very good that I didn't implicate her family."
I glared at Jiang Ruohe.
"You, you are going too far."
Jiang Ruohe gave me a mocking look, said no more to me, stood up from the sofa and was about to leave. I hurriedly grabbed his sleeve.
"Jiang Ruohe, I beg you to let my sister go. If you have any problems, just come to me." I begged in a low voice.
"No sincerity." Jiang Ruohe shook his hands.
I hurriedly walked up to him, blocked his way, and looked at him anxiously.
"Then what do you want me to do to let my sister go? How about this: we get a divorce, and I return the position of Jiang's Young Mistress to Huang Minwei, okay?"
